Perfect updated replacement for same pump.
no filter design
Water is drawn directly into the impeller, no foam filter, no slotted sides to trap debri , more difficult to keep clean.

This pump would not work for my application since it must be fully submerged to work (I needed it to work in 2 in of water) but it does work great for what it is designed to do.

This pump saved my summer
I just got a new fountain, hooked it up for the summer and my dog chewed up the pump power cord. So happy I was able to find this. The information on the product is not all correct. This pump IS submersible.
