Beautiful Plates and so much More

Loved MacKenzie Childs when I saw it in Neiman Marcus years ago. Just the black option was available. The sterling has become my favorite and I have purchased several items for less at QVC. These plates stay on my dining room table on my chargers and it looks beautiful.

Extremely disappointed in QVC

I have collected Mackenzie-Childs for quite a few years. I was very happy to see that QVC would now have their products. I purchased the salad plates on March 7th in the new pattern, rosy check. They were not sold out, and on the app it showed them to be delivered by the 16th. A few days later that changed to Advance Order with no delivery date. Imagine my surprise when a couple of days ago the status was changed to Backorder! And imagine my further surprise when i went to check on the order yesterday, and now it shows as Cancelled! Which I did not do. This is incredibly disappointing. I love Mackenzie-Childs and was excited to get these new plates, which apparently won’t be happening now. Do better, QVC!
