stopped working after 6 uses.

I bought this nov 0f 2023, began using it in mid dec. Used it approx 6 times, then it warmed up outside. I had this hanging up on the wall and no one has touched it. I turned it on two days ago and nothing is happening. I want to exchange it.

A lot better than I expected. Good heat output, even on the lowest setting. Remote is very handy.Great value for the money.

Wall - mounted heater

These heaters worked GREAT in the winter time. We had one in the garage for my husband while working on the car and for the family when we were working out.

i bought this for my husband (okay for me but) to warm up our garage. we live in Wyoming where we have 17 months of winter %26 i don't smoke in my house only in the garage, (you'd think I'd just quit smoking) but its hard to smoke a cigarette with chattering teeth so i ordered this for Christmas. now i wouldn't say bikini party in the garage in January at my house with this heater. but i don't look like the stay puff marshmallow man when i go out to smoke now either. it keeps our garage at around 47 degrees which is a huge improvement from snot-cicles, hypothermia setting in, frost bit toes like it was before Christmas! so all in all I'd say yes I'd buy it again %26 recommend to my family and friends!

extremely easy to set up. at first, it kept tripping, so I bought a larger capacity surge protector, and now it runs like a charm. I have it in my 10x20 greenhouse that I converted into a dog house for the winter, and it keeps the chill off when it drops into single digits at night. the water bowls haven't frozen over yet like the ones outside do nightly.

ordered the 1500w infrared heater as a project for alternative heating systems, I didn't have in mind how hot the bulbs got. upon reading the installation instructions I found i didn't have the room to mount the heater. listen if you wanna massive infrared heater this is the one. The only issue i had was not enough space to mount heater per instructions. if you purchase you will not be disappointed. Might be a good idea to check out the specific specs instructions

This wall-mount heater works well for a small area (in front of a workbench). You will feel the heat instantly as soon as you turn it on. The remote is nice too.

Instructions were very specific, so I had to improvise because my area did not fit the feet and such. It looked like the thing would stand up....Read the manual!!! Very good at heating on my patio.

Great heater

This is a great heater for small areas. We put this on our porch for the winter. It is very easy to assemble and set up. The heater looks great and should keep us warm while sitting on the porch. The remote works great and is simple to use. We are ready for the colder weather so we can enjoy it more.

So we installed it in our garage, which was easy to do. Boy does it put out some nice heat for its size! This will come in really handy for my husband when he's got garage work to do in the winter.

Radiant heater that comes with a remote %26 can be hung anywhere in room using the included brackets. Doesn't come equipped with a blower, but still is very warm for small to medium rooms. Very reasonably priced too!

Great Heater

This will go great on my patio for the cool fall nights and cold winter nights. Easy to use. Quieting blows out nice warm air. Love that it has a remote control. Very lightweight and compact.

Warms the oasis

This heater really helps warm our extended indoor room to our outdoor oasis. I have great pictures but it's not working on the app. But overall extremely happy with the heater.

Works way better than expected.

We added the heater to our outdoor living room. This little thing is powerful and puts out quite a bit of heat. Just make sure you keep that remote. Have had it for a while and use it pretty regularly with no problem.

Works great until it doesn't

This is a very nice little unit. The remote control is super handy. The heating filiment they use appears to be twisted carbon ribbon. Unlike other heaters which use quartz rods or metal wire, this unit is completely silent - which is unusual, but really nice. It has 3-heat positions, which are more than most units have, but still not enough. I found that the lowest level was still too much at times. I found myself switching between levels or even switching it on/off because I needed something in between. (The only radiant heater I've ever seen with a variable output is the Presto Dish. The Presto Dish has a 0-100% variable dial which works exceptionally well). And this is where my review goes sideways. This product has no durability. I bought it on 3-1-22 and it died on 12-17-22. So it only lasted 10-1/2 months! That makes this unit a POS that is not worth your $$ While I'm writing this, I have a Presto Dish sitting next to me that I've had for well over 6-years. It too is having issues. About 1-year ago the dial controller started to fail.

This is ok. It certainly works as does what it advertises but I guess in a bit spoiled, because the mountable heater I previously had worked a bit better I think. It was out of stock when I decided on buying this one, but in fairness, I did have this one on my radar last time when I bought the first outdoor heater, and ironically this one (one I purchased this time) was out of stock. Lol I like this outdoor heater because it has a remote control and didn't have the weird light on the side like my older one did (we ended up disabling the light on old one). However... this heater didn't feel it got as hot or covered as much space as my other one. They were pretty much the same size with exception of this one being a little narrower but barley. The other one also had tilt options post mounting which I like because it's convenient to easily be able to adjust angle based on how and where and what and distance etc you're sitting from the heater. This one doesn't have that feature which made me realize how much I actually like that. So moral of the story is, this is definitely not a bad product. It works, it looks slim, sleek, and it easily mounts. It also has a remote which is cool and auto shutoff timer you can see. So all great features. Just wish it was a bit stronger for when your sitting further away and angle could easily be adjusted post mounting. I'd say most folks would probably be quite happy with this product.

low output

I ordered two units which both arrived safely. Mounting brackets and information was included and was easy. My reason for rating these lower is that they really do not have a very good output. Because the design does not include a fan or any way of moving the warmed air downward, the only way you really feel their warmth is when you are only inches away from them. In an enclosed environment, they may perform better, but in an outdoor environment, their output was pretty disappointing.

Good quality!

When I received the package, I thought I got a bad one. Because it's so light. But I opened the package and found that I was wrong. The machine is very light, but it is of excellent quality and worth the money! I don't need the heat on yet, so I don't know how it works, but I like it.

This heater is great fir my screened porch. It does not hear the entire porch on a cold night but definitely takes the chill off at our eating area on a cool night. Our dog ate our first remote and the company was great to deal with in obtaining a replacement remote control. Great product for the price.
