Side panels are not aligned correctly
The pyramid heater cover fit beautifully. It arrived just before Halloween and with the addition of a Frankenstein mask it took on the persona of the Grim Reaper. My husband thought it was awesome, however, that image is stuck in my mind! Does this nice cover come in other colors, like a nice light beige? The black is overpowering with the height of the heater tower. It becomes a real focal point and a bit scary! Other color choices, please!

Hi I bought this heater.. today we decided to fire it up for the first time. It would not start. New propane tank, so checked all connections can not figure out what the problem is. I also believe we bought the insurance… but we have never tried to even turn it on until today. Help
