fantastic item. much bigger than I expected, but it is perfect for what we wanted and a bit extra. even comes with a waterproof insert, which i missed in the listing. very happy with this purchase, thank you

The box is cheap, flimsy and poor quality. The panels seemed warped or bent. And after spending so much time and money to put it together, it’s not practical to return it. I feel ripped off! Buyer beware!

Really difficult to put together, especially with the tiny Alan key, but found a way round it by using a hex ratchet. Got to the end and some of the holes don’t line up. Couldn’t be bothered to dismantle it & return it so used cable ties. All in all, very very poor product

Nice looking box & huge. Was a bit fiddly to build but not difficult. The 3 rating is because although the liner is waterproof water gets in through the rattan lid & lies in a puddle on top of zipped liner lid. Tricky to empty water off without it going all over the contents. Lid needs a waterproof liner.

the container is beautiful with a zippered tarp that encloses the cushions inside the container. we had a heavy rain and when we opened the container and un zippered the tarp, it was filled with water. the water got into the enclosure thru the zipper.

This product is absolutely atrocious. The pricing for such a badly designed and cheaply built product is criminal. To pay the price Vidaxl are charging you would expect quality components and good build quality. What you get in this product is horrendous quality metals, a waterproof membrane that is not waterproof, gaps and uneven surfaces at the joints, laughable quality "woven" plastic that was broken in places right out of the box and eyelets that had torn on the "waterproof" fabric straight out of the box. This company should be ashamed of themselves for charging what they are for such a disgraceful product. Please stay away from this product and this company if you want any sort of happy result for your trouble. I cannot stress how terrible this product is. F-

Terrible low quality flat pack design flaws mean not waterproof

Complete waste of money. The tiny hinges are low quality and 1 of ours broke. Really the hinge points should of been reinforced and the hinge attachment sturdier and clearer. If you are not extremely careful the lid will not align perfectly and item will look cheap. Supposed to be waterproof but the design means water goes throgh the lid and sits ontop of the internal bag, the water then simply finds its way inside the bag via the holes made for rivets used for attaching bag to side. Instead of making a whole in the bag they should of sewn on tags with rivets.

Product can not be used outside.

We would not recommend this product at all. We had multiple issues with it and it now sits in our garage as it can't be used outside. After a hard rain we found a pool of water inside it as our cushions soaked. Tarp is not satisfactory to keep water out. Tried to receive credit, but company denied it without return of the item. After so many problems, we couldn't imagine trying to take it apart and get it back into the box to return. Assembly was not easy. 1. Very difficult to assemble and had to purchase longer screws at our expense. 2. Was missing a correct piece. Had to wait to receive that. 3. Looks terrible. Two many pieces to look good. Pieces do not fit together nicely. 4. Tarp does not line up with all of the inside hooks and is flimsy. Grommets on holes fell out. 5. Can't be used outside as water gets in even with the zippered tarp. 6. Overstock and manufacturer did not support the products to the best of their ability.

This box leaks

First week with this outdoor storage box and it soaked everything. It rained and all the water collected on the top of the waterproof lining. The weight of the water pulled and ripped the liner where it installs to the wicked box. All our new lawn games and cushions we completely soaked. Now we have a tarp over it which defeats the purpose of the wicker storage box in the first place.

I would have given this product 5 stars except that I just unzipped the internal 'waterproof' liner and found puddles of water in the bottom and the my cushions soaking wet!!
