You get what you pay for; wrong parts

It's clear from the listing that this is a small, particleboard desk, so expectations are not all that high here. Even so, once it was nearly put together, it became clear that they'd messed up the long and shot poles connecting the three little side tables, and they wouldn't attach in the manner they're supposed to; they'd only attach in the opposite manner, meaning we had to drill through the side of the desk to get it assembled at all.

Cute and Compact

I was looking to clear out some space, bring in the new, and enhance the area in my room. As a writer I wanted focus on my gift more and get back to the habit. Thank you Walmart I love it the desk is so cute and compact just the right measurement of what I needed. Don’t Waste Your Time nor Money!!

Do not waste your money. You’re better off buying something used for the same price or less. This desk is nice looking but is incredibly poorly made. Seems more like a $10 desk quite honestly. You could blow it over with one breath. It’s terribly unstable and can’t bear any weight at all. This desk wobbles and is not sturdy whatsoever. Will be returning!!

Amazing desktop table, keyboard tray and shelves

Love this desktop computer table! I've search all of Walmart online and the web and for this price of $39, I get a compact small size desktop table with keyboard tray and shelves. Great deal! And this is small and great size that saves me space inside my room. It's lightweight and can be pull to wherever needed. Only downsize is that the black tubes that holds everything together is made of plastic not metal to be more sturdier. However less scratch marks on my wood floors than metal. Buy it! This one is good for the price!

Affordable and Great Desk

For this price, this computer desk is an absolute steal. It was not hard to assemble (a screwdriver is needed), and that didn’t take more than 30 minutes. It came with very clear instructions, and the end result matches exactly with the photos. The black bars are plastic, but that doesn’t affect the quality. I have been searching for a rustic grey desk for a while, and I am glad I stumbled upon this.

If you are seeking an affordable, compact, stylish desk, look no further! This classy desk is the perfect addition to my apartment bedroom office! I'm ecstatic! I love my new desk! I honestly don't understand why there are so many negative reviews on this. This desk is very sturdy, and isn't wobbly in the slightest! Perhaps other reviewers simply made a few errors in their desk's construction? I am baffled. Stylish, functional, sturdy and affordable! What's not to love about this desk?

You'll get what you pay for

First off, I expected this to be a cheaply made desk, and I even expected (but hoped to not see) manufacturing discrepancies. Bingo, and BINGO! Some things are worth paying more for. A small desk is one of those. But, it's all good. This desk fit the scope of a budget and for under $40 I hope it lasts at least a year.

Great Little Desk!

Exactly as pictured. I chose the color that matched closest to my furniture and it is almost exact! The desk was easy and quick to assemble. The dimensions made it a good fit in the space I had available. Although it is not a big desk, my laptop fits on it comfortably with a extra space for a notebook or papers, I can even fit a small desk lamp on it. I am very happy with this product.

I have 3 boys and when the pandemic and distance learning started we needed to set up a personal work space for them so they can concentrate while working. This desk was the cheapest in price since we needed two more desks, with the shelves for their binders, papers and miscellaneous school items. Perfect for what we needed it for! It is a little wobbly but we have it pushed up against the wall and it’s sturdy.

Great for the Little Ones!

This little desk is PERFECT for children between 7-12...IF even that old. It is extremely lightweight. Can’t put very much weight on it, it isn’t very sturdy, but is super easy to put together. For all of the children attending virtual academy in 2020, and the parents looking for an inexpensive solution, this will work perfectly! Good luck y’all!

This took me way longer than 30 minutes because the directions didn't point out clearly some necessary ways the boards must be, so I had to start over a couple of times. Also one of the small boards under the desk split when I put in the screw. After finishing it all the smell of what smelled like insect spray was so horrible I couldn't stand it. I've had it in the garage trying to air out since I put it together with little luck. So very disappointed that I wasted my money and now it looks like I can't return it.

This was the worst experience I've ever had putting something together. The wood was not of good quality. The holes in the wood were not deep enough to nail in screws and also spaced horribly to where the desk hardly is firm enough to hold anything. I have it up against the wall to support it. The instructions were horrible n not detailed enough. Wood pieces were coming off left n right. Horrible horrible horrible. Money wasted

Exactly what I was expected when purchasing! I needed something to hold two 18" monitors (flatter screens), a wave (bigger than average) keyboard, mouse pad and mouse! Although it's a close call, everything fits perfectly. Easy assemble. *CON* desk isn't the most sturdy, but good enough for the $$$

Perfect desk for a small space

Purchased for my 8 yr old son,who has a gaming computer. His room is small and he has little room for large items.Therefore, this desk is a perfect fit.It can hild his screen,small room fridge,a few pencil cups and a small shoe box filled with computer necessities. It was easy to build, and well constructed for price.One thing I was truly disappointed about was the bottom shelf being to small to hold his tower. It had to be placed on the floor innfront of the bottom shelf.Over all a good fit for a small room. Would recommend, for children with small rooms and teenagers.

I wasn't expecting a quality item here. All I needed was something to last a couple months for my husband's computer. we just moved and we needed something small and cheap until we get settled. I bought this thinking it would last maybe 6 months.

Just not for me. I had to return this. I spent way too long trying to figure out how to put this tiny desk together. When i attached the legs to the top the unfinished sides were facing me. BUT if i was sitting at it as a desk the bottom bar had the unfinished side facing out. I wanted to use this in my office and i didn't want people to see the unfinished bar (or any unfinished side when they walked in).. There was no way i could alternate the legs and bar. One unfinished side was always facing out. If they just drilled more holes on the other side or made the cross bar finished on both sides there wouldn't have been an issue. If you have this against a wall, it will be fine. Really cute though but something for everyone to consider.

I am writing this to warn other customers about buying Furinno products because if you encounter any problem assembling this desk, their customer service is very difficult, if not impossible to contact. I also think Home Depot should consider discontinuing Furinno products because it will start to tarnish their image. I bought this desk, not expecting anything great at all, seeing as is it very budget-friendly, and I only needed it to have a flat surface to work at with a small laptop, keeping some papers at the side. So, yes it's wobbly, small, but all that was expected and it's fine.

The two desk(s) were purchased for my granddaughter's birthdays in July. I would give 5 stars but one desktop had small piece (approx. 1 sq inch) of pressboard broken on the edge. Tried to glue the piece down, but no luck. Unfortunately, it is on the seating side (center edge) so I am sure it will get worse. Reached out to HD with no reply. Granddaughter did not want to return it and wait for reorder delivery.

Flimsy as the come

This desk is not very sturdy. The poles are made of plastic! The maximum weight for the desk is roughly 20 pounds according to the enclosed instructions, however I don't trust that. I wouldn't put anything heavier than a laptop on it. The side shelves have weight restrictions as well. 10 pounds. The picture is deceiving. I purchased the desk for my 27" iMac. Needlessly to say this purchase turned out to be a bust. The weight restrictions should be listed in the item description. Fine for laptops. Terrible for desktops. Cheap materials.

Very Good Table

This is table that is not cheap and at the same time is sturdy enough. Don't hope to put too much weight than it is already specified though.
