Product fell apart on table top! Not even two years old. Do not buy this product.

Looks beautiful, fell apart after 1 summer!

This is a beautiful set, don't get me wrong. The reason why I'm giving it only 1 star is because we only got one summer out of it. Once the cold weather came and went, we uncovered it to find the entire thing falling apart. All of the wicker on the top of the table fell through, completely detached from the frame and now the chairs are falling apart. When I contacted customer service they said they couldn't do anything for us since the warranty ran out (6 months). We didn't think we needed any longer than that since it's an OUTDOOR set. It was a complete waste of $* and the company didn't seem to care at all. Super bummed because it WAS a beautiful and comfortable set. I sent the company images but can't seem to get them to 600 x 600 pixels size so I can't attach them to this review.

Table didn’t make it to 2 seasons

This table is garbage. The wicker at the top is destroyed- assuming it melts from the sun/glass? Do not buy!!!

Poor quality, won’t last too long

Terrible quality, after only 2 hrs the wicker on the table is breaking apart. I saw other reviews where this is happening after a year or less. Contacted the manufacturer and they said to contact where we purchased the set and the Overstock’s warranty doesn’t hold water.

After 2 months the wicket table top began to break. I contacted overstock who told me the warranted is only for 30 days and to call the manufacturer. I did, they told me to call overstock. Basically, I paid almost $* and it’s falling apart and no one will take responsibility. I would stay away from this company, they have no interest in customer satisfaction.

Material under glass disintegrates

We just purchased this set a little more than a year ago, and the table top literally fell apart. At first we thought an animal had gotten to it, but that was not the case. A big hole just appeared. We believe we are owed a replacement table. ****
