Poor return policy
This package came damaged, so I wanted to return it for a refund. Their return policy is not customer friendly. After you go through the process, which is cumbersome, they advise that it could take 6 weeks for your refund to be issued. I won’t buy from Phaltzgraff again.
Such a functional thing. For family of 3 it’s good enough. The bassinet can be used to store tee bags.

I like the sturdiness of this and really like the divided basket to hold creamers, tea bags etc. It really needs to be just a little taller so the cups don’t hit together

The mug tree was nicely made and is the perfect size and the bottom basket actually holds more coffee and hot chocolate packets than I thought it would. Very blessed with this product.

I use this to hang my bananas on the pegs and put fruit etc in the basket on the bottom...

Wasn’t sure about the divided basket, but works perfectly when you have a variety of flavored coffees.
Love this! Can only get 4 of my large mugs on it but other wise it's perfect.
Came fast and on good shape. A little larger than I anticipated but will work on my space.
I set up a coffee bar in our kitchen and this is a great added touch. My only issue is I wish the bottom mug pegs were up and inch higher. My mugs hang right over the coffee pods and we have to be careful getting a pod so we don’t knock a mug off the hook.
