These pots are incredible! Lightweight, sturdy, good drainage, nice color selection, and a good environment for soil and organic plants. We have filled our container garden with them!

Great Pots—Look Expensive—So Affordable!

I love my new pots. Gardening is new to me and I need affordable pots and tools for my new hobby. These new pots are synthetic materials that look like terracotta or ceramic pots. Please get some other sizes in stock. These pots are wonderful and sometimes I would like a six inch pot.

Planter

This is very pretty and works perfectly with the plant for which it was needed. Looks great with my decor. I did also purchase the saucer separately and it keeps the plant watered during the week without leaking.

Excellent Plain Pot

Excellent, Plain Pot. It was exactly what I was looking for for my Robellini Palm. I had it in one of the large urn planters but it was literally growing roots up and out of it. So it was time to move it to a bigger home. This was perfect for that. The pot was a little on the expensive side but the best I could find within my budget. I’m happy with it.

In appearance this planter looks like an Italian planter made of clary. Few plastic or resin planters do an imitation this good of a clay planter. I am looking to buy the same planter in different sizes in the future.

There is a drill hole already at the bottom of planter. Made drilling very easy. Love the color, thickness and shape of planter.

Product looks nice and seems long lasting. My recommendation would be to make the removal of the drainage plug easier. I did not realize that I needed a drill to remove the plug. Very disappointed.

Poor quality/ do not recommend

This plastic pot is made with the thinnest plastic Ive ever seen. I doubt it lasts the summer.

They look nice and they are very sturdy. There are enough big drainage holes - but some weren’t cut or drilled cleanly. That was easily fixed with a file or knife. They are clearly marked with the code 5 which is safe for vegetable gardening. I would choose Bloem Terra again.

Terra Pot Round Planter is great for this 73y.o.

This pot doesn’t come with the bottom part. It’s separately sold. And you must have that part because the drainage holes in the pot are huge. When I tried to purchase the bottom, it was sold out so I had to return the pot. Just a big hassle because of a misleading picture. Also the quality isn’t that great for the price I did find the entire set elsewhere for much, much less than the one piece is sold for here

Lightweight planter

I have used this for a cactus. I like to use plastic as it doesn't dry out as quickly as terra cotta. The other feature is that it's lightweight despite being filled with soil mix and stones at the very bottom to assist in drainage. It wasn't available in bright colors, which I prefer. But the cactus is happy and perhaps color blind. (Kidding!)

Trust me, you want this!

I'm not one to leave reviews unless the product is truly outstanding. This enormous pot exceeds "truly outstanding. I purchased it to plant a vine in. There was so much room left over, I was able to plant a mix of snapdragons, petunias, and pansies along with it. It has become the focal point of my garden. From a distance, it looks like real terra cotta to boot! The best part? It was delivered directly to my door for free. ( The box it came in, made a great fort for the kids) I'm absolutely going to get a few more of these monster pots because this price and quality cannot be beaten!

This planter is BIG!

From a few feet away, this really looks like terra cotta. I have a hard time knowingwhat something is really going to look like when I buy online, and this was no exception. This planter is way larger than I expected. Not Lowe’s fault at all. I needed something about that wide, but not nearly so deep. I’m keeping it, though, because it’s the perfect size for a small tree, which I plan to buy in the spring.

The planter is heavy and well made, and should last a long time it doesnt sun fade. The only big problem is this manfacture doesnt sell the plant saucer with the pot. Its usually sold separately. You then have to go searching for it. The sizes arent correct either. I ordered a 24" pot, it says a 17-24" saucer will fit. It doesnt. You have to ordered whatever size the pot is. 24" pot to 24" saucer.

Durable, good-looking, and light weight.

I have grown plants seriously for over 50 years, terra cotta pots were always my first choice. I liked the way they looked with plants, I liked the way they aged.

For the quality, price, looks and size, (16X14.25) I don't think you can find a nicer planter than this. I have now bought 9 for my mother in another state and I have 8 for myself and with that being said should be proof alone. And if your looking for a great gift for someone and for a possible Mother's Day gift order them some flowers or container rose bushes to plant in them also as part of the gift. A great gift they won't forget. My Mom loved it and I even let her pick out the container roses on a website to plant in the containers.

As much as possible, I try to avoid plastic. When natural or recycled nursery containers are not suited to the situation, Bloem Terra flowerpots are outstanding for their durability, toughness, and reasonable price. Apparently because of the pandemic, the 24" size couldn't be had since the spring. Then, suddenly, they were back, and I was able finally to repot my eight foot olive tree. Joy all round.
