Ordered. Vendor sent planter boxes to the State of PA not MO. 2nd order placed, vendor sent and returned order to original ship location FL. 3rd order arrived, product defective and broken; NO PACKING MATERIALS. 4th and Final shipment arrived, also damaged and defective from Vendor. Not the fault of shipper. Vendor placed one small piece of plastic wrap in huge shipping box. Home Depot was great and customer service refunded my money on inferior products. Vendor and inferior product the problem. I finally gave up and now have 4 worthless products.

Arrived broken, flimsy plastic .

Ordered two. First arrived broken, but I decided to keep and hide the broken corner. Second one broke immediately upon trying to fill it. Flimsy plastic. Not worth the money.

Charcoal grey vs quality! Quality wins!

The quality, timely delivery and size was great! I was disappointed in the color grey. Just like in the picture, to me, charcoal grey is a medium dark shade of grey. This was a much lighter shade of grey. Nice looking …but I needed the color that was shown in the picture. Because of the quality, I kept the container and spray painted it charcoal/darker grey👍

Poor Quality

The planters arrived broken. The plastic is thin and brittle. The rim on both planters cracked into many pieces. We tried to salvage them, but in the process of drilling the marked holes, which was impossible, and adding new holes, the entire bottom cracked. A complete loss.

Never got!!

I never got this item. Have tried countless times for a refund. They can’t refund the way I paid and asked for a credit card to try and refund that. They tested it twice and still can’t refund to it and now I have more money on my card. Two days later my card is being used in fraudulent activity for playing games online. I had to cancel that card and now no one will call me back when I try to call them. I can’t get anyone at Walmart since this is an outside vendor.

surprisingly stylish and sturdy pots

These pots are great! I bought 3 and they are heavy, sturdy, and have matte finish. I use them outdoors and as pot covers indoor plants. They look expensive, especially after adding a gold design. They are bigger than expected. I should have bought more.

Better aesthetic design than plain round versions.

Price is either just a tiny bit less than had I had time to short drive to my nearest box store retailer with nursery deparment, or about the same price, so cannot rate based on personal savings for this planter. And it is exactly the same material, style and millimeter thickness as all the others carried elsewhere. But I enjoyed the shipping to my door convenience and time efficiency. And, of course, I did not spend more on gas fuel to buy in-store. I just wish the original manufacturer of this type of plastic planter would not be so stingy and just have one drilling spot designed at bottom. I would like the option of choosing to drill three holes if I wanted to have more water draining holes with the added benefit of allowing root prolific plants to extend beyond the one hole planter. I often dig holes into my ground soil beneath the planter to allow plants or mini trees bushes to allow more growing depth for roots which also helps continued height growth. Many types of plants last healthier longer if we do not stunt root growth. Anyway, I carefully and slowly drilled two more holes at bottom of planter.

14" Charcoal Gray Veranda Deck Boxes, Square

I purchased two of the 14" Deck Box Planter Boxes in charcoal gray, and they are just the right size for plopping in 10-12" potted flowers. Even though they are round, they fit right in to the square planters.

Heavyweight and looks nice

The plastic is heavy. We couldn't push out the drainage holes without cracking so we left them intact. Heavy when filled with dirt, and looks great on our deck .

This is not a good buy. At all.

This was truly just beat up when we got it, but thought we would make do. It is absolutely the thinnest cheapest plastic ever and I would return it if my husband had not already drill out the drain hole.

I would buy Bloem as my first choice

Bloem Flower planters and plant containers are the best design I've found! I'm a 77 year old small stature female and the rolled lip allows me to move the 18" square and 30" rectangle planters around with plants and soil. I guess the weight to be 40 - 60 lbs. I can no longer find them locally and "Do It Best" has been a blessing. They have filled all my needs and shipping was fast ad affordable. I have Bloem planters that are over 20 years old, outside in the Florida sun and weather, still in good condition. 5 Stars and "Thumbs Up".

Interior is not 18 inches

I was expecting a little more sturdy plastic, but it should be OK since I will only have to move it twice per year. My main issue is that the interior is not the 18 inches I was expecting (it's 15 inches at the top). I almost returned it because of that, but decided to go ahead and repot my plant into it anyway. It should serve for a couple of years before needing repotting again. Please see the picture for size issue.

The plastic deck planters I received are very thin on the bottom, and the plastic is brittle. 3 out of 4 cracked when we tried to put drainage holes in them. I would not recommend them. I hoped they would last several seasons.

I Love These Planters!

I absolutely love this planter box! I was expecting something smaller abd less durable, but was pleasantly surprised with the large planters. I have planted lettuce seeds in the two I ordered. I am just delighted that I will get a bigger yield than originally expected. The plastic resin these are made out of seems durable for several years of use. I saw a complaint in the reviews about punching out drain holes and cracked their planter box, but I see no punch outs for drain holes on mine. If you want drain holes you need to drill them yourself. I drilled mine and inch from the bottom up the side so there will be water retained to keep from over drying.

perfect fit and exactly as described

Exactly as described, and perfect for on my deck. I needed a planter for my deck that would look nice and also be functional and low maintenance. This one is the perfect fit! They only thing I would add is a second drainage hole. Living in Florida we see a lot of rain; outdoor potted plants tend to get water logged easily and this can cause root rot. I made my own second drainage hole but another "pop out" would have been great.

Great Planters - I have many

I have dozens of these planters in my garden and my orchard. I use them in various ways: Some I put up on an 8" cement block and plant vegetables in them which makes them easy to tend when sitting in a patio chair, some I put potted plants in and set up on planter shelves so the wind does not blow the plants over and they are protected. We drill a drain hole in the side or end 3" from the bottom to create a water well so I don't have to water so often. These are great planters, sturdy, and long-lasting. Obviously I wouldn't keep buying them if they were not a great product.

Cheaply made material. Received bent N sratched up

Ordered 4 square pots on 6/25 but due to COVID it finally arrived on 7/14. The box was beaten up on the outside. All pots were either scratched, bent in on the sides and top each pot frame. Cheaply made material. Very disappointed. I have Casa Blanca bulbs ready and waiting to be planted and now I have to return them.
