Great for the money

These are nice big planters. I used them this year for my tomatoes. They seem like a good value, although I cannot say how they will hold up over time. Make sure to drill holes in the bottom!

Good size for planting blooming pots about 2' x 2' x 2'. Square design makes it easy to tuck into corners. Easy to make the drain hole (pre-scored) or not (to prevent run off onto your deck- I use it both ways). This is my 2nd purchase of this box planter. Previously purchased 3 of them 4-5 years ago. These older planters have faded a little (in the scorching hot direct sun lit spot I placed them - to be expected) but still look pretty good and have not hardened or cracked. Only reason for 4 stars is they are no longer stocked at my Home Depot location.

Very nice planters, strong and beautiful additions to my patio for planting Shepard hooks for my lamps. A concrete block in bottom, some soil and a nice plant, instant beauty that this SW New Mexico wind can't blow away, lol. Absolutely love them and you will too. I definitely recommend!

Much larger than I realized, haha! But overall I'm very happy with them and they work in the spot I bought them for. They seem to be very sturdy and good quality and I think they'll last for many years.

It is a great planter, I have a very large zz plant that needs reporting. And this was the pot I picked.

I would buy Bloem as my first choice

Bloem has the best design by far and "Do It Best" is a really good company to sell Bloem products. Shipping was fast and affordable, packing outstanding. The rolled lip design on the square and rectangle containers makes handling easier after planted. I estimate the weight for the 18" square planter to be 40 - 60 lbs. and the 30" Flower Box to be 20 - 30 lbs. I have Bloem planters that are over 20 years old, in the Florida sun and weather, and still look great! I can't find a local seller and finding "Do It Best" was a true stroke of luck. I highly recommend the seller and Bloem. P.S.: I'm a small stature 77 year old female.

Great planter, hard to find decent priced large pots

I already had purchased 2 of these planters. First of all they are a good size, the price is excellent. Large pots are hard to find, and when you do they are usually too expensive, or just not nice looking. I would like a larger sized maybe 24 x 24 or bigger. For my dwarf banana trees. The company could even add decals one could apply to the pots, mix and match to create their own special look. Now I have 4, and I will be back for more. I like a cohesive look, unlike my neighbor down the street. She has every type and color of pot imaginable, I think having all the pots the same size and color grounds my garden. I add the color with the plants and flowers. LOVE THESE POTS! I live in Florida, and my pots are holding up just fine. It has been many years I have owned the first 2. They are sturdy enough to hold banana trees and a dwarf fig tree.

Planter arrived in perfect condition due to the care with which it was packed. It goes well with another planter that I had hoped to order again but found that it has been discontinued.

Easy Renewal of Old Favorites

Just as described, and quickly fulfilled, the 14" and 18" planters I ordered are replacements for a set identical in every regard except for the new color that was unavailable when I bought the originals ten years ago. Those original planters gave outstanding service for a decade on a high-rise balcony where they were stored, protected only by a tarp covering, every Chicago winter. One finally suffered mild damage (a significant crack probably caused by aged brittleness of the plastic and an accidental drop of a fully loaded planter striking the bottom corner on concrete from a distance of 18".) While the damaged container is still in use, our balconies are being currently renewed with freshly painted rails and surfacing, I wanted to replace all four to retain uniformity and am especially delighted that the new color option is an even better mate to the new balcony finishes. I look forward to next year's outdoor season and a decade or more of great service from these wonderful planters.
