had to take it part and fix the floats then it work good

The problem I have with this pump is that leaves accumulate on the cover, the pump is designed to function in some leaves but when the leaves get wet they get mushy and it only takes a little in the foam filter to cause the pump not to auto turn on again.

I plugged it in & threw it on my inground pool cover. I must have had 2 inches of stale rain water on it. Within 1 hour all the water was pumped out & it turned itself off when it was done! Perfect for me!!!

I purchased this cover pump 2 weeks ago. I had to throw it away after 1 use. I will not be purchasing this again. I bought a new one and it was $20 dollars cheaper and it is working properly!

It stopped working on day 32 . Very disappointed.

I thought it was great until it stopped working on day 32 of use. This caused the pool water to overflow. I have a property management company using pumps on pool covers all winter. This product is a lemon. I could not return is because it is only guaranteed for 30 days.

Don't buy

I had this same pump previously and it worked great for a while. Then it started tripping the breaker. So I purchased a new one. It worked briefly and just quit. Since I needed one right away I bought another brand/style locally. I called customer service so I could return the pump and get a refund. They would not refund me. My only option was to get a replacement pump. So I have a pump I don't need. A back up I guess, but an expensive one.

It certainly does not pump at the rate you stated. It also leaks around the hose connection at the pump. And finally, it clogs very easily. The filter clogs and the pump quits working. I will not use your company again.

Good price. I have had a few of these pumps over the years. It runs throughout the winter season with very little maintenance. I've found using the filter has led to shorter pump life. Just clean pump and hose as needed.

I would think twice before buying again

Used my pump for one year and it will not work this year. Not a good product.
