Belated Christmas Present

My friend was very impressed and glad to receive them as a belayed Christmas present, which been looking for for a long time. Just need to try and find some bowls that my friend only as one left of.

Good quality cups — wish they were larger. Also not loving the tiny handles on the teacups. Have ordered the cupmug with saucers for the size I am looking for.

The Spode Blue Italian Teacup & Saucers were exactly as shown and made in England which I wanted. This will be the start of me collecting the whole set! Thank you!

Nice as expected

This Blue Italian teacup & saucer set is nice as expected. It is not cheap but the good design and high production quality makes it worth the price.

Beautiful item. Great quality. Arrived later than expected. Had to call customer service to confirm they were still mailing out, when I saw it was not mailed out the day it was due to be delivered. Packaged well.

Replacement item.

I received my very first order promptly. sadly one of my teacup and saucer were broken. I think this could have easily been prevented by better packaging of the item in “its” box. I rang the customer service number, who informed me of the procedure for a replacement, it was a shame there was no apology for what had happened, I realise breakages happen from time to time, but would have appreciated some acknowledgement for this.
