These are high quality sheet pans. Thick, so they will not warp. The blue diamond surface is excellent. I'm glad I decided to go with these. Money well spent, I will get years of use from them.

These pans are amazing. They cook evenly and clean up easily. My son is a chef and he was also impressed with them when he came over to took :-). I definitely recommend them.

These are the best baking pans I've ever owned, and I've had a lot of pans - including high-end ones - over the years. They are extremely durable and NOTHING sticks to them - NOTHING. Note, though, that you should wash them by hand and not in the dishwasher so as to preserve the integrity of their finish.

These pans are very sturdy. The metal is fairly thick, but the pans are not heavy. After using them several times, I have noticed that they tend to ‘stain’. I always use olive oil when baking and now the pans are developing stains that are not easy to remove. This is not a deal breaker. I just thought you might want to know. Would I buy them again? Yes.

My search for a great

My search for a great non-stick baking sheet is finally over!! These are fantastic! We have had nothing stick yet and we have been using them for a few months now. They are so easy to clean that I just hand wash them under hot water and dry them off thoroughly. Messy baked nachos slide around on the baking sheet like they are on ice, even though it looks like the melted cheese and other baked on goodies should be stuck!!I have had them flex once or twice in the oven at higher heat levels (400ish), but they always go back to their original shape as they cool down.If you broil with them, you do need to keep them under 446. My only minor gripe is that I wish they could handle up to 500.

I have been using baking

I have been using baking pans for over 50 years. These were the worst. The finish comes off, they discolor & they bend at high heat. So disappointing.
