Somewhat easy to put together but definitely need 2 people. All tools are enclosed but an electric screw driver would be handy.

Extremely hard to assemble because the holes would not line up correctly had to use zip ties on a them...

The style, design and comfort are all good. Assembly was more than I expected. Both tables were unsteady and needed additional cushions on at least one leg.

It was impossible to assemble since the holes did not line up for the screws. Attemtpted to get help from the store but were told any online items they do not assemble but gave us numbers for pros to help that wanted to charge over $200 to start. Needless to say it all went back returned.

Difficult Assembly/No return for Second Pair

The 4-chair set came in 2 boxes, 2 chairs/1 table in each. Chair assembly was difficult. The screws did not tighten on the seat portion, so we bought extra washers and a hose clamp. The base cross bars needed grinding to fit the ring at bottom. Since we worked so hard on the chairs, we overlooked the low seat and skimpy cushions. But we didn't want to go through it all again and tried to return the second unopened box for the price of the 2 chair/1 table set. HD said no, it's all or nothing. We have to return the assembled chairs my husband spent half a day on along with the unopened box to get our money back. Very unhappy.

A bear to put together, but worth every moment. Lovely to look at and exceedingly comfortable to sit in.

1 of 4 back cushions was different fabric and sheen/color. called 5/31 luis said he was sending a new cushion out. tracking # to follow. 6/3 called janee she followed up. nothing re shipped. she re email manufacturer. i sent pictures to manufacturer. 6/17 they emailed they are sending new cushion, tracking #to follow. waiting....

The chairs were a little difficult to assemble.

Awesome set!! Comfortable, sturdy and classy. Love the fact that it swivels. Received lots of compliments. It arrived 2 days earlier than expected. No dislikes at all.

I actually only had it for the past month I try to read the reviews to see if I want to purchase so far so good. I found it easy to put together I’m a female and I did it without my husband so far I’m loving it. Also I have other outdoor furniture and it’s hard to move the way these were made makes it easy to move

Would have give 5 stars but was disappointed in the thickness of the cushions. I was very pleased with my chosen color (orange) it more of a rust color. Do recommend not tightening the screws until it’s assembled.

We are very happy with this wicker set. The chairs look great on our porch and we can't wait to use them once the weather improves. They rock and swivel as described. My husband and I put them together without any problems.

Very well constructed & easy assembly.

We had a problem with the base on one of the chairs swiveling stiff. I emailed them and I got a quick response and within a few days I had a new base which swivels fine. Good company to do business with.
