Great for smaller hands!

I love these knives. I also have small hands so holding them is easy and the right size. But for my husband who has bigger hands, the handles are a bit shorter than average knives. That’s the only reason I took off 1 star. They cut well and everything. Aesthetically they’re stunning! They can be a little slick but just be careful with them because they are knives.

Slippery When Wet

I absolutely love these knives however there is one major glaring problem. The handles are extremely slippery. No texture, guard or grip element. Combine that with the steak knives being a bit smaller than others they are not easy to use. Could very easily slip down the handle and cut yourself. They are extremely sharp which obviously you want but not when the handles are slippery. One of the knives literally barely touched my skin and it cut me. Ninja needs to make silicon grips that slid over the steak knife handles and send them to all customers. Over all I would by them again because except for the steak knives the slippery handles are no an issue and they are easily the best knives ive owned. Blue Diamond Knife set

The set was excellent and very sharp! One of the knives cut me while i was gently unpacking thwm to wash them. The only discrepancy is the block. The block that holds the steak knives, the glue separating.

The serrated blades look more like hacksaw blades. Cutting meat, raw and cooked tend to snag and tear so no clean cuts. I thought $19 would be a good deal but half that would be better fitting. It looks totally cheap and cheesy. But it has a nice solid block. Also, the metal hands slide in your grip, wet or dry.

Super impressed

Got my first Blue Diamond Knife at a discount store. I wasn’t expecting much. I realized very quickly they are solid knives and they retain their sharpness very well. I decided to get a whole set. I have not been disappointed.

These are perfect. The blade is sharp. The handle feels good in the hand while using, and the color is magnificent. I kept putting off getting them because I thought the y would be hard to clean. I was wrong. They clean easily. please note I hand wash for my own preference.

handles slick as snot and very sharp blade !!

beware the handles are skick as snot. not nonslip grip like stated. but they are very sharp. and look to be of good quality. perhaps they were priced low due to not getting the correct handle opperation done to them.

Quality and esthetics are extra

These are super cute and adds the right amount of color to my white kitchen. Sharp but have guards to protect. Great price and value. Bullseye have the best deals. No subscription services or fees like that other site. Definitely my go too.

Best Complete Knife Set

The product was delivered brand new. The knives and wooden block were included as advertised. The knife have a protective cover over the end that you can take off when you are using them, and replace them after cleaning. I have never had a set this nice. I recommend this knife set to anyone.

I don't like them.

I asked my son to get these for my Christmas gift last year. I do not like them. I have family members who do like them. I do think that they become dull quicker than others knives I have. My biggest issue is that they have slick metal handles. If my hand is the slightest bit wet I have to be very careful that the knife doesn't slip in my hand. I am regifting these to a family member this year. I have discussed this with my son and the family member who is receiving them.

Best knives ever!!!

WOW!!! I love my Blue Diamond knives. I received them just before Thanksgiving and my brother forgot to bring his electric carving knife, he used one of my new Blue Diamond knives and loved it. Now he is going to get a set. So far they cut and sliced vegetables so easily, sliced our turkey, sliced through a huge pork roast like butter, and cut my mom’s finger (SO BE CAREFUL, THEY ARE SHARP!!!)

Excellent!

The KNIVEs look very good in my kitchen. They are sharp both looks and the real meaning of Knives....They are Sharp but not to cut yourself. I notice that they don't really cut the Thanksgiving Turkey or the Prime rib roast that we had, not that Sharp to cut them in a million pieces, just the right small pieces for your mouth. And a little help from your fingers to hold it right so the cutting is just fine. I am real happy to have the set, maybe if it included a Shear-scissor just like my old set. I am glad I bought it . started rusting immediately

not dishwasher safe. saw rust after first pass through the dishwasher. continued rusting with further passes through the washer.

Best Knives I’ve Owned and also Beautiful

They are gorgeous - even more in person!! And they’re incredibly sharp! It’s a great knife set and I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone! I much prefer the knife block design than the knives that have the slide on covers. The covers always get lost and storage is a pain. These are perfect!

BEAUTIFUL and SHARP!!

An early birthday present because I absolutely love to cook. just the knives I had, made it a chore rather than something fun to do. they are beautiful!!! People talked about the handles being slippy.. I 100% beg to differ. The handle and blade are all one piece which feels safe. They are so sharp. Cut through a carrot, potato, onion and a Snickers bar like it was bitter and a hot blade. This is going to make my time in the kitchen so much more fun and a downright pleasure to cook dinner for my boyfriend and I.

As good as advertised!

So far so good. Excellent cutting and sharp edging. Cuts through hard cheese, homemade bread, slices thin tomato's, celery, fruits. Have not tried cantaloupe or water melon but am sure it will work well. Cleans easily and dishwasher safe.
