Waiting a month for missing pieces

Initial delivery took 2 days, but was missing numerous parts. They had more in stock but wouldn't pull out the pieces from another box, no, make her wait for pieces sent over from the factory in China. Eventually got all the parts to put it together a month later. They did refund some of it, but by the time I got the pieces one of my dogs had died so I don't even need this pram anymore. So frustrating. I should have just demanded a refund straight away and bought it elsewhere and then I would have gotten it within days, but they just string you along. Pram is ok, customer service is poor.

No cover for top carrier

It is unfortunate that the top carrier does not give the pet using it adequate rain cover.

This product exceeded my expectations. It is very durable and the material seems to be of great quality. I wasn’t expecting this to be so smooth and easy to open/close. My cats, who normally very scared outside, seemed very comfortable in the carrier. Most importantly, I felt safe using this product as I was able to secure both of my kitties with clips in the carriers.

Overall very durable stroller perfect for multiple cats!

Decent height

I am 5"3 or 4 ish and its the perfect height for me to use.The carriers are smaller than I was hoping for but it works nonetheless.The top section is almost half the size of the bottom section. It fits either 2 very young kittens or 1 slim adult cat.The bottom I can fit 2 slim adult cats or 1 very meaty boi.I have to keep it out so they can sleep in it at all times.Sturdy for the price. Folding is hard as you have to take off both sections or break your hand folding the carriers down. So I keep it open and out. Someone stronger than I will be able to easily fold it down.

So worth it

This product is so easy to push on the sidewalk. I had one that cost $60 and it only lasted 2 yrs, this one is built so much better and I don\'t have to slouch over to hold onto the stroller.

Excellent Product and High Quality

Due to a severely fractured shoulder I can no longer carry my cats in shoulder carriers. My vets trips mean a 6 bus journey. I usually take 2 at a time for boosters. They're ragdolls, so are big lads.A friend put it together in 15 mins. She didn't have her glasses with her or it would have taken less time.Very sturdy, roomy and well made. I hesitated because of the price but I'm glad I bought this style as opposed to a single pram. After all it doesn't have a shelf for groceries etc, but I'm hardly going to take the lads to the supermarket.I'm taking Freddie for a test drive in it tomorrow

Game changer

As a breeder, when I take my kittens for their check ups and vaccines, I take anywhere from 4 to 9 babies, and I was tired of caring multiple carriers and needing somebody to come with me to help, so I decided to invest in a double stroller in this was an absolute game changer, it took about five minutes to put it all together very easy and the kittens are super happy the top part I use for my smaller babies which I can pop up and just leave it open so that they could interact with the people, and I put the bigger ones on the bottom since the bottom is also bigger. The quality is amazing. It is a very smooth ride, I like that it also has the brakes. The Frame of the stroller itself folds to a very small size making a convenient and when I get them in the car, I put them in the front seat with me and they are safe and comfy. If you only have one cat or two cats full-size will be the most I would put together in one of the compartments, however, our cats are big they are Ragdoll. I would highly recommend this stroller.

Big. Parts a little flimsy. Carriers good size.

At first impression, may not be good for really active dogs, but, if you have a pet that can be more calm, and outside of below, seems to be a good item.Not a fan of the velcro approach for attaching the carriers, but not an issue if you don\'t need to remove the carriers frequently.Was larger than expected so storage is challenging in a smaller place.Carriers are good size and assembled product looks like picture.Part of the assembly (locktabs) seems flimsy and handle a little wobbly, but not enough that it seems to impact intended use.

Best Fur Babies Purchase Ever

My girls are so happy and comfortable in this stroller. I have an 8 lb Morkie and a 16 lb Shih-Tzu. There is plenty of room in the carriers for each dog. The stroller is sturdy and well made. You can’t beat the price. It was easy to assemble and it folds with ease for storage or to throw in the trunk. It’s easy to detach the carriers from the stroller too. I don’t need to remove them from the carrier when traveling in the car.

Perfect for 3 cats

I have three adopted cats - one is extra large and two are a bonded pair of more normal sized cats. All three can fit comfortably in the stroller (and they enjoy walks). I bought it to be able to go to the vet or for when we travel. It’s been perfect so far - I wish the bottom unit was TSA approved; however for the price this does everything I could want.

Great product, especially for the price

So happy with this. It was the only affordable option I could find for a pet stroller that fully met what I was looking for (two separate good sized removable carriers, all foldable). It had a few good reviews but less than I would usually trust for a significant expenditure, but I decided to take a chance and I’m so glad it did.Tha quality is great, my two cats love it. Sometimes they take naps in it when not in use.It was easy to assemble and makes taking my two cats to the vets so much easier and much better for my back and shoulders. It also means we can walk instead of taking the bus.The staff at the vets were also super impressed and another woman there, who also had two cats, said she wanted one, as it would save her having to get taxis.Not that it would stop me buying one but minor improvements would be slightly longer harness straps/leads, safety lock zippers like you get on some pet carriers and a slightly longer (or adjustable) and angled handle as at the moment I find I either have to bend over it or my feet keep hitting the wheel axel
