I ordered two of these online and no problems with delivery to the store. All hardware was included to attach the wheels to the cart. A metal grip plug is inserted into the four holes at each corner in the base tray. Inside they are have cut threads on the outside of these plugs (sorry no picture) and with the provided allen wrench you turn them into the hole until tight. Note the far most corner hole at all four corners these plugs would not tighten completely but it becomes not a problem explained further.

Wheels had to be screwed in instead of popped in which required a trip to store to buy screws as they were not provided. Pleased with unit although top shelf sometimes pops loose from second shelf.
