Beautiful and comfy!

They are beautiful and comfy. And I was able to put them together myself (I'm 74). It took a couple of chairs to master it. The color is perfect and they look wonderful in my house.

These chairs are perfect for my counter. Great quality for a great price. The color is perfect for my decor.

vendor mistake

I ordered counter stools and somehow the vendor sent me bar stool.. I just sent the package back hoping they would correct the problem. I do still love the chair.. I got it on sale so the price is good for the product. Let’s see if my problem gets fixed though.

I have been trying to turn return these chairs for the past month. The chairs came in the wrong size. Macy's customer service is no help. They just send you from one person to the next and most of the people do not speak English well so it's hard to communicate, the only good thing I can say about customer service is that the people are polite but not helpful at all. I've been a customer at Macy's for 25 years and I have never had this type of problem before. they will not come to pick up the items. I refuse to pay for the chairs because I tried to turn them in a timely manner. I cannot take these chairs to UPS the boxes are too large to fit in my car and I'm not going to rent a truck to return these chairs. Macy guarantee return item but for some reason they will not honor this return. They directed me to their vendor who they purchased the chairs from and told me that I have to get them to pick up the chairs but I didn't purchase the chairs from them I purchased the chairs for Macy's. So why should I have to communicate with their vendor. I will be doing business with Macy's until they take care of this problem.

Cheap, looks like an amazing chair when you get it all the parts don’t line up caps in seams. Cousion not flush with wood. Don’t waste your money.

Must buy!

These are SO beautiful and comfortable! I highly recommend these!! The legs are a whitewash finish, which I didn’t fully expect, but like even more. We applied two coats of scotch guard to the fabric to help longevity.

Nice chairs! Very sturdy. Took a little while for my husband to assemble but great value overall!

Lousy customer service from WestinTrends

I originally ordered the wrong size (29”) which I returned and am still awaiting a credit of the purchase price after nearly a month. This was a replacement buy with the correct size (24”). While the product is good, the customer service from the seller (Westin Trends) is pathetic. Non responsive and merely directed me to Macy’s customer service who are unable to help either despite many assurances. I would never again buy from them.

The bar stool are beautiful. They are very sturdy. The assembly was easy. The directions were simple to follow. The bar stools are perfect and match my dining room decor.

Overpriced for assemble yourself

Poor quality and overpriced. Small and a bit uncomfortable.

I purchased the set of 3 and 1 came damaged. I returned the damaged chair and am still waiting for the replacement or credit to my account. Westin Trend received the damaged chair on November 16th and am still waiting for the final delivery of replacement chair or credit to my account.
