I bought these chairs for a Christmas party. They were a last minute purchase and they were able to be delivered in time for the party. I didn’t originally want dining chairs with nailhead trim but that changed once I saw them in person. They are nice and simple to put together. My old dining table has been able to get more use with the new addition of these chairs. I purchased the matching bench a little while later. They’re not the most comfortable chairs to sit in for long periods of time but they do work for creating a nice looking space. They have served the purpose for family gatherings and celebrations.

Beautiful but poorly made

I love the look of these chairs and find them comfortable. We had purchased four, liked them well enough to order two more. Months into our use, my husband who is not a large man, merely sat down on the chair and the leg broke under him. We are two senior age people living alone in our house. No furniture abuse. Furniture shouldn't be made so poorly. And because we did not have a warranty (on chairs, really?) there is nothing we can do. We can't even buy one more as they come in a set and we live in a townhouse and have no room for an extra chair. Disappointing. I would certainly not recommend for a family, only to look good in low use dining rooms.

Nice chairs and good price!

We are very happy with these chairs. They look great and seem pretty sturdy. Putting them together was a little frustrating, trying to get the screws lined up with the threaded holes. But, we managed to figure out the way we needed to manipulate the parts to get them lined up better. The only issue we have with these chairs is that the seat cushion is pretty firm. However, we are expecting them to soften up with use over time. We would definitely buy these again. They are much better than the previous ones we purchased.

Great quality chairs!

We’ve had these chairs for just over a year and use them for EVERYTHING. They are great dining chairs, easy to clean and have withstood everyday use for dining, hosting guests, parties and even as temporary office chairs. The only drawback is that the screws in the legs become loose every now and then and need to be tightened. We’ve repurchased these in other colors for various rooms of the house.

Very solid and attractive.

Awesome value. The fabric is true to its online appearance and looks textural. The chairs (4) were all constructed and finished well. No nicks or flaws, and went together easily with the included Allen wrench in about 15 minutes each. It is important to note the seats are very firm foam, over a solid panel. While they won’t sag, they may remain firm, and that’s fine with me. The entire chair is solid and looks much more expensive, especially with the antique brass nail head trim.

Great Style

The chairs are great looking and the quality is very good. They are easy to put together. I did have instructions with mine, but I really didn't need them. I'm giving it four stars only because the cushioning on the seats could be softer. However, they are mostly for looks and I'm not planning on sitting on them all the time. The legs look black, but they are really that very dark espresso. The rug is the Safavieh Marais.

Beautiful Colored Light Weight Chairs

I purchased these chairs to add a pop of color to my guesthouse. I ordered the blue and the color was true to the internet. They remind me of chairs you would find at a hotel breakfast area. The fabric seems like it will clean easily. The legs were fairly easy to attach and the package came undamaged. My only complaint is that although the chairs are very sturdy, they are very light weight; however this could be great for elderly people. Also the padding in the chair was stiff until I worked it a little and now it is very comfortable.

Better than expected

The chairs were a bit difficult to assemble. I used my own Allen wrench and a screwdriver to keep the holes aligned during assembly, which worked well. I had one set of chairs with missing hardware (hardware bag was torn open), but I was able to replace the missing washers and screw with a quick trip to Lowe's. The fabric doesn't overlap the frame as much as I would like, but the nail heads were, surprisingly, installed properly - evenly spaced, no edges showing, not compressed or dented and not crooked. Comfortable, too, and I am "big and tall!"

Loved it right out the box

Loved it right out the box color matched perfect with the table i also purchased from overstock. Chairs are very sturdy i expect them to last me for years to come. Cushion on chairs are firm and very comfortable. Definitely an overstock customer for life plan on purchasing another set of chairs just wanted to make sure there was enough room. As far as cons i have non easy to put together instructions were easy to follow for someone like me who is not very crafty.

Beautiful!!! But lengthy set-up time as expected.

I think that these chairs are great. I bought these during the President’s Day sale and really got an amazing deal, so that’s a plus. They arrived in just 3 days with free shipping (wow!) They were easy to put together, but it was very time consuming. I bought 4 total chairs and I’d say it took me an hour and 45 mins to read the instructions and screw in all of the screws by myself. But, it would probably be the same with any other chairs! They fit perfectly with the smallest of tables (mine is 48 inches long).

The price seemed too good to be true. In real life, these chairs are absolutley beautiful to look at. They have a high end quality "look" to them. However, once you put them together the chairs are not strong and tight. There is a lot of wobble and the back of the chair feels like it is going to pull away from the legs if you lean back. Regardless of how highly you toque the screws, the chair is still loose. It's too bad, because in every other aspect they appear well made and of high quality.

Chairs look great. Problem is they are about 8 months old and the legs are cracking and breaking. Not sure of the defect. Maybe a low weight threshold (my daughter and I together are just over over 200 lbs) but don't see a weight note online. Or the design/construction is just bad. Wasn't expecting chairs for life for the price but was expecting at least 2 years out of them. But nope. Will be lucky for 1 year. Also disappointed that overstock couldn't/wouldn't do anything to help. I get no return but no replacement parts even to purchase or manufacturer referral - a plain nothing. Frustrating. In all - don't recommend due to quality issue specifically with the chair legs.
