Had ordered one two weeks earlier. It was great. These two were both in less than perfect condition. They both had numerous “dents”!

Lots of glass blemishes. Point tips, dimples, and swirls. Manufacturer replaced.

Is this a joke? This thing look horrible. There are dimples and bumps and the surface is not even. Most of it looks like one large smudge. It's not shinny at all. It looks like it has a protective plastic wrap on it, but that's the actual surface. I just think I gave up on Walmart.

Beautiful Cobalt Blue Gazing Ball

Ordered this online and it arrived at my local Lowes store in a reasonable time. It was in a locked locker. I received an email with a code to open my locker to remove my item. Went to check-out desk and a very helpful and friend middle age man rang it up. Was very well thought out process, my first time using a locker anywhere to get me item. Hopefully the gazing ball will last a long time. It is a beautiful blue, like it looks online. My neighbor texted me today to compliment it and ask where I purchased it, so she might be buying one as well?

I bought for a present. When opened I expected a stand like the picture. It was also ok looking. Wished it had been prettier So without the stand and ok looking I felt pretty bad. Recipient seemed to like but I still had to go buy a stand for it after the holidays.
