Very time consuming to assemble!

I liked the quality and how spacious it is, but the only bad thing is that it came a little dirty and doesn't come out, and also FedEx delivered it to another address and I had to ask for help to take it to my apartment.

Tips over when you lay on it. Total garbage...

It is not the same color as the picture. When folded down into a bed, if you lay on the "tufted" part, the whole thing tips over! My wife tried it out and it tipped over and broke her toe. Totally useless as a bed. Complete waste of money! And now it's basically impossible to send back because once unfolded from the box, it has internal latches inside the couch. So it can never be folded "in half" ever again. (It comes in pieces, and the main part is folded in two with one time use "hinges").

I’m satisfied

I needed this for guest who were coming into town. However I ended up using it.

This futon is of high quality. Very impressed with its construction and functionality. Fairly easy to put together.

Not the worst purchase I've made, but a mistake

I would avoid this couch. It's not a comfortable couch; there's very little padding on the arms or back. The seat is moderately padded, but you can still feel the frame through the padding. It's in my living room, but I tend to avoid sitting on it, and I wouldn't take a nap on it, even though one of its features is conversion into a futon. What this purchase taught me is it's probably better to buy something like a couch in person at a brick and mortar store versus online. Moreover, it comes in pieces and you need to assemble it, which is frustrating. I'd go to a Brick or something like that and pay a little extra to have a fully-assembled couch delivered, because at least you know what you're buying and if you're going to want to sit on it.

Decent value for the price

Great piece for someone starting out in their first apartment. Decent quality for the price. Fairly easy to assemble, but best to have a partner help.

Bought this to stage a house and was pleasantly surprised at hou nice it is..its a bit stiff but im sure it will soften up with use..great price.fast delivery.

Very firm and comfortable

it's very hard it's not comfortable to sit on the the other still in the box's have no clue what to do

It was for my daughter and we really were skeptical that a sofa of that price would look as good in person, but it exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful color

Although I love the color (rust) and it was very affordable, it does not wear well sadly. There is a flattened section that has been unavoidable in the center of the two cushions. Strange because no one sits in the actual center but it looks obviously uneven.

cheap futon the holes dont match up and box came mess up and a hole on the side of the futon snd missing a leg i willing to do a partial refund but they only offer 10%

Good For A Small Space

This couch was fairly easy to put together but I did need another person to help me. I will say this couch is firm, which is what I prefer but the seat is short which is perfect for a small apartmet/room but it's not the most comfortable to tuck your leg under yourself or sit cross legged (I know feet on the couch!) As a futon it is less comfortable as the "seam" in which the couch bends at, is quite hard, it serves best as a couch or a bed for a VERY short stint. The green colour is beautiful and I get a al ot of compliments on it. I bought this in Dec 2023 and paid just over $700, I noticed on earlier reviews that those people paid less (I know inflation!) but this couch *feels* like a $500 couch even though it looks really nice, I still like it and have had no issues with it so far but just for full transparency if you want to purchase it yourself.
