Donated for disaster recovery

I gave my Blueair air purifier and this extra filter to a family in Swannanoa, NC who lost their home and almost their lives during the unprecedented flooding we experienced during Hurricane Helene in Sept. Fortunately they were rescued after spending hours in neck deep water and now have a new home, but little else. As the mud turned to dust around here, they indicated having a hard time breathing. That’s how this filter is being used.

It’s not first time to buy this filter and definitely it’s not same quality i used to get i will keep it and try it’s function but i’m not pleased with finishing or the material, it’s definitely low quality

You can't go wrong with Blueair. I was just getting a replacement filter. It was delivered quickly. My Filter is only supposed to cover the square footage of my front room but cooking or a cat using it's box etc. will trigger the Censor to kick into med/high till the order is gone. I've had it for 4yrs and couldn't be happier.

This is a perfect fit for my air purifier. The only issue would be the cost to replace the filter every 6 months.

I bought a new carbon filter to replace the old one, and it smells horrible. I have been taking allergy and sinus medications and had to go to the doctor. The smell of this new carbon filter is sooooo bad I am very upset and will never recommend this product . I am afraid tom order a second filter. It looks like the one that came with the machine when first purchased was a good one, but when you order a replacement filter they send you a bad one. Its a shame I waisted money on this expensive machine I g=can't use and I can't talk to customer service because no one is available.

Sometimes an air filter claims you need to replace the filter but when you do the old one looks fine. Not this filter. I pulled this sucker out and oh my gosh was it gross! Just wish they werent almost 100 bucks. You can get these for 30 dollars on amazon.

I've been using these air filters for over a year and the difference in my air quality has made a huge difference. No more coughing, sneezing and ugly smells from cooking and my fur babies. I don't see dust motes floating thru the air anymore either. Worth every penny for wonderful air quality. Very easy to install and replace as needed.

Waisted my money and was deceived!

I bought 2 Blueair air purifiers 2 years ago and signed up to get filters sent every 6 months through the subscription service. Over 5 weeks ago I received an email from Blueair stating that the "payment failed to process” "due to issues with the payment method on file. Please update your payment method in your account to avoid any further disruptions to your subscriptions.” I checked my payment information on my account and it was all fine, the same as it has been since I initially purchased. I contacted Blueair and informed them that my payment information is all good. They kept insisting that I need to update my payment method and then they cancelled my subscription. I contacted my credit card company and they informed me that Blueair.com had been flagged for possible fraudulent activity and that is why the charge was not accepted. Blueair intentionally kept this information from me and left me to believe there was something wrong with my payment method. I informed my credit card company that it was a legitimate charge and that it would occur every six months and they told me they would lift the fraud alert hold for a few days so that the purchase would go through, but that in the long term Blueair would need to resolve their fraud alert status. I informed Blueair what my credit card company had told me but they failed to complete the credit card charge in the proper timeframe. And Blueair refuses to correct the issue that is preventing me from receiving new air filters. They simply cancelled my subscriptions and closed all the cases that I have opened to try to get this resolved. So now I am stuck with 2 air purifiers that I spent a good amount of money on and can’t use them because I can’t get air filters for them.

Outstanding air purification from Blue Air

My wife and I bought several Blue Air Purifiers at the beginning of the pandemic. They were the highest rated purifiers by Consumer Reports that were affordable. They work great!! We have 2 411's in the bedrooms and a 211+ and a 211+ Auto in the main living area of an open floor plan. It's not difficult to change the filters or wash the outer filters. And they keep our air clean. The 211+ Auto is great at taking cooking odors out of the air. I highly recommend these purifiers!
