The first time I used it it cracked. The third time it completely cracked down the middle. I will not buy from Great Jones again.

Got this for my sister for her birthday and she adores it. Her name starts with a G so she also loved the Great Jones logo in the middle.

Kept trying to reach customer service, but the only time I've heard back was a request that I submit a review. Unfortunately, I do not have anything good to say.

Reordered for a replacement

I recently broke my little hottie and immediately ordered a new one…actually I purchased two. It is a favorite dish for anything I bake for dinner.

This little beauty is a great addition to my kitchen!! I used it for baked ziti for me and my husband and it's the perfect size! The color and design is amazing. I will be purchasing the lasagna dish to match just as soon as it comes back in stock!

Shattered pan

Hi unfortunately the dish arrived shattered and had not been properly packed. I still have not received the replacement.

Very cute, but some quality issues

I ordered the small and large version of this dish. Both are incredibly cute. However, on the lil hottie the pattern at the bottom wasn't straight with the bottom of the dish, it was slightly warped. And my large one came with a crack. So I ordered two new ones as a replacement. Both of them have a warpy pattern line at the bottom. It is not straight or even at all. So I guess they're all like this. Also both of the new dishes had very minimal marks on them, little nicks that are small and not worth sending back for but probably shouldn't be on brand new dishes. Still cute, but for the price I just expected better production quality.

We always have bread pudding for Christmas. This year my husband and I were alone so this was the perfect small size just for us!
