My plant order was actually lost. I only received half my order. Home Depot customer service was excellent and reordered my plant at a discount. My plant arrived well packaged but it certainly looked stressed. It was lacking life. I am still caring for it while it is growing in the ground. I am sure it will bounce back. Just taking longer to see flowers.

The plant looked okay when I received except dirt seemed dry and some was spilling other of the pot. The plant was in transit for a few extra days after the date it was to be delivered. It was planted immediately and so far shows no signs of any growth.

[Rewarded Review] Something needs to change

On line showed flowers in full bloom! When I got them they were pruned down to nothing!

Let's hope it makes it

Wasn't packaged well. Nothing on the box that says "this side up" resulted in being delivered, and I assume being in transit upside down....sorta important for a plant to not be upside down the entire time. I open it and most of the stems are broken, no buds on the plant and the container is super flimsy and not the sturdy plastic you'd expect. I'm still going to plant it and hope it can be salvaged.

beautiful flowers

I bought this plant last spring .It was a very small plant. It came back bigger than ever this summer with beautiful blooms! I was worried it would not make a Chicago winter but it came back!!

Plants were heavily damaged upon delivery. The plants themselves were healthy and robust, but stems were bent, leaves torn off etc. at delivery. I chose to plant anyway, trying to nurse them back to health.

Was sent the wrong plant

I was sent some type of rose, not a hibiscus. No markings on pot so I hope that Home Depot will allow a return. I’m disappointed.

Plant stem, broken in transit

The largest stem of the Hibiscus plant was broken when I unpacked it. The packaging didn’t offer any kind of structure to keep this from happening. I am hoping that it will still grow and overcome the defect.

It didn't look great on arrival

It had a few leaves and some came off during shipment. It was packed well so I thought I would try it since others had luck with it. I should have returned it to the store. At first, it grew a couple more leaves, but then it ended up dying over winter, which is strange. This hibiscus is supposed to be cold hardy. I live in Florida and we didn't even have a freeze this year. I watered it everyday and babied it, but it still died. Sad that I spent $24 on a dead hibiscus

Very deceptive photo

It looks nothing like the picture, I received a small baby plant with about 3 leaves. Very disappointed

Unexpected Expectations

The order came over a week late. The hibiscus came very dried up and unhealthy. They also gave me the wrong color. I have nursed it back to health, it is pretty, but the experience wasn't the best.

Not red

Flowers are a light pink not red as the photos and description state. Ordered two and both stems were broken in the boxes. I hope they are hardy as stated also.

Live plants don’t ship well from Lowe’s

This plant arrived wilted and almost dead. It was returned.

Better packaging should be utilized by shipper.

The Hibiscus arrived with a badly bent main stem. I planted it immediately and tried to support it upright, but the plant was dead within a couple of days.
