Read reviews and thought this would bring life back to my tile floors. My fault for not just doing a small area and testing, no I had to do all 1600 sft of my house. Cleaned floors with heavy duty tile cleaner. Rinsed three times to make sure floor as clean as could be. Applied sealer and floors look so nice, clean with some shine and really brought out the color variations in the tiles. Two days later and scratches in surface where dogs walked across them. Water spots from dogs that don't come out when you wipe up. Then had to try and clean with a steam mop. Big no, polish came up in several spots and floors look terrible. Now will be scrubbing it off and going back to miracle sealants which stinks while using but at least held up for a year.

When shaking it, cap leaks polish no mater how tight. Bottle did not even has instructions for use compared to older ones

Bona polish: a disaster

This is a really bad product and poorly described by Bona.After unsealing the container I used it to cover a room and it worked well.Once the container was unsealed and unused for a few days it seems the polish changed its texture and composition; I applied it on another room and it turned out a mess.It left the floor dull and stained with some light colored spots.

Won't use again

Used product on Cali bamboo flooring. Previously used the Bona revitalizer and refresher and these were excellent products; however, now discontinued. So used the hard surface polish and found it to be one of the worst products I've used. Does not apply very well and will spot and streak. And after applied will spot. I have refinished many wood floors in 40 years of professional experience. Give credit to the Bona polish remover I had to buy to take this product off. It works.

Horrible product floors, dull, milky, and sticky

It left my floor floors milky looking, dull and sticky. I have mopped it three times now with Bona floor cleaner and it still looks gross. I would never buy this product again I feel I deserve a full refund the amount of work it’s taken just to try to get it back where it was is enormous!

Not what the picture shows

The picture showed two bottles. I should have looked closer. But it is tricky to show two bottles and only send one. Not happy.

TERRIBLE

I bought enough to cover my entire hardwood floor. I cleaned first and applied according to the instructions. I noticed a haze on my floors the following day. I waited a few days and called Bona regarding the situation. I was accused of not applying correctly and that I needed to apply more product wait 24 hours and then see if it resolved the issue. If that didn't work then they would provide me a resolution to the problem. The resolution is buying more of their product (remover) that can only be obtained from a retailer that is out of stock. (more Bona money). If you value your wood floors, I would not use this product.

Not happy Today

I am extremely unhappy with this purchase. I thought I was paying for TWO bottles (as per photo displying product). Opened package to find one bottle.

This stuff is amazing

This stuff really works to spruce up your dull looking floors and hide those small scratches. My floors look lush compared to before I used this product. I will continue to use this polish on my vinyl floors.

The polish worked beautifully and the floors has a beautiful shine to them. It was very easy to use and I just love the looks of the floors. The floors now have a high gloss shine like they did when we first purchased our home.

Best yearly polish for laminated floor

I’m using this for the last 4 years, most of our visitors talk about our floor. if you don't follow instructions then easily this product will mess up your floor. Apply on a clean dry floor out temp is not >90, Apply in a small area, 2x2 ft “S” & wipe it up & down 5 times until no visible polish, Dont allow polish to dry before rubbing or applying too much. The container is not convenient to apply, if you don't pay attention then polish spils easily This just a polish not a floor scratch repair.

oh my gosh!

I can't tell you how many Google searches have told me that laminate floors simply couldn't be polished, so frankly I just conceded to having my floors look grungy. I didn't even know this product existed until I found it next to my go to Bona cleaner on the shelf at Lowe's. I did a quick search of the reviews while I was in store and was excited to give it a try. You guys, it works! I've recommended it to all my friends and family and now I'm recommending it to you!

this was advertised to provide a high gloss finish to various types of tiles including ceramic, but it totally failed to either provide to desired finish look but did not enhance the colored pattern as advertised. This product is not worth the cost

The worst

Bought from lowes and followed the directions to the T. I’ve used this before, about 6 mos ago and the luster was beautiful. I’ve just spent 5 hours cleaning and polishing with Bona products, same as before with HORRIBLE RESULTS. NO SHINE OR LUSTER. Streaky and looks gummy even though the feel of the floor is clean and smooth. 5 hours WASTED AND MY FLOORS LOOK LIKE CRAP.

No shine, scuffs show

I couldn't find my usual high gloss cleaner so bought the low gloss. Thought it would just be less shine. Never used such a terrible product before. No shine at all, every step or scuff showed up. It looked terrible.

Leaves hazy residue!

I was a fan of Bona cleaners and decided to give the low gloss polish a try. Big mistake! We now have a haze all over our year-old wood floors that we have to figure out how to remove. Wish I would have read more reviews before buying. Many others have highlighted the same issue.
