Lorell 3 Shelf Panel Bookcase, 36"Wx12"Dx36"H, Mahogany (LLR60071)
This is the same item 2 large name brand sites were selling for a lot more. This is laminated particle board. The shelves are wood. This is a far better construction than most particle board items. With the laminated wood, you can't tell the whole piece isn't wood. It is well done and the finish is excellent. I'm very pleased.

Solid shelf but disappointed with manufacturer.
While this is a very solid shelf, I was disappointment that I had a area on the front that had big scratches. Since the box was in ok condition, the shelf was most likely scratched prior to packing. Which means someone in the company warehouse knew there was a problem when they packed the box. The shelves were also much darker than the website photo.

This came as a flat box. Bookcase was easy to assemble. The back is attached with small screws so have your electric screwdriver handy! It was easy to put together.
