Cheap materials

Within a few months of purchasing... The arm cracked, and the base holding the wheels cracked.

Comfortable

Comfortable. Appreciate the varied, easy to use adjustments. Slightly wider than I prefer, but workable. Construction seems quite sound. Went together (from box to use) within 30 minutes. A little pricey.

Good chair for the price

This is not an ergonomic chair for which you might pay $500 to $1000, but it does the job that one should expect from a $300 chair. It was easy to assemble, though the seat adjustments are reversed to what is shown in the instructions. Lumbar support is fine, though basic. Only problem that we have is that the seat depth is not adjustable and thus works better for the person who needs a longer seat.

Disappointed

I was excited for this chair because it looks extremely comfortable, but as others have stated in reviews I was unable to utilize it due to too many defects with the product. It ended up just being a hassle for me.

The chair was easy to assemble. It is comfortable, and easy to adjust. I had lower back pain with my old chair, but it has been gone since switching to this one!

Decent for the price

I’d give this chair a solid 7/10. It's a decent chair for the price. Pros: The seat and back are comfy. The levers allow locking the seat back to an exact preferred tilt. The levers allow you to adjust the locked pitch of the chair: if you wanted to use it as a recliner, you could. 5-point rollers are good for stability and roll smoothly. Cons: It’s lower quality than chairs at a professional office, especially the arms and levers. The armrests use a harder plastic foam padding instead of soft cloth & foam infill. The armrests are more rectangular and flat than shown in the photo. They don't curve at all. The photo is pretty close to the chair you get but

Ok for a budget

I wanted to like it, but I returned the chair. It was comfortable but didn’t give me the lower back support I found with a similar chair that I compared it to.

I received my chair today - but was very sad to open the package and find a rather large rip along the fabric of the seat. I didn't bother to check the condition of the rest of the parts since the seat is most important to me. From what I could see, the overall quality of this chair is really great and very sturdy. I returned my damaged chair to my local Target and quickly re-ordered a new one again online! Hopefully next order is not damaged.

I've been using this chair for a week now and am loving it! It provides much more support than the chair I was using before. I'm 5-8", 200+ lbs, and this chair fits great. I definitely recommend.

Excellent Office Chair

With the new work from home requirements this year, I knew I needed to replace an old office chair in my home office that was slowly disintegrating from lots of wear. It caused me to slouch, and I was very uncomfortable by the end of each work day. I chose to buy a better quality chair and pay the extra money to get something that was more appropriate for many hours of sitting on Zoom calls. I chose this chair because it had lumbar support for the back, and mesh to allow my back to stay ventilated. The chair is heavy and solidly constructed. I could immediately feel the difference of the chair supporting my lower back and keeping me comfortably upright in a better ergonomic position. The chair has lots of adjustability like the office-level quality equipment purchased by my company at work. Although the chair is not inexpensive, you usually get what you pay for, and the improved posture and comfort are a good value if you spend any substantial time in a seat.

The overall chair is good

The overall chair is good unfortunately I can't all the features due to broken parts on the chair. Broken arm, broken lever that controls the chair. I have called in about the broken items and was given a ticket number was recently told was waiting on the manufacturer to get back with Office Depot.

This chair I great! I was kind of skeptical about buying a chair online but when I received it I was more than happy with my purchase. The material is very soft and comfortable. I needed a reliable chair like this as I am in my chair for many hours in a day. Overall great purchase.

I just moved into my college dorm so I bought this chair and I'm pretty satisfied. Though I must say, it is on the pricey side; however, it's an extremely comfortable chair and I can tell that this chair would last years. Some cheaper chairs feel quite cheap and are squeaky the day you buy them. This chair is very durable and would purchase again if I had to.

This chair is amazing! As someone who is in the office for a lot of long hours, I've been getting back and neck aches. This is my first time trying a mesh back chair and I think it's been helping a lot with my back aches. The chair is very easily adjustable and also leans back very smoothly. I've already recommended this chair to my coworkers. Great purchase!
