Nice thick rug! I was happily surprised by the thickness and the quality of this rug, looks more expensive in person than as pictured. I bought the green one and I don't regret it, it works great in my space and is exactly as described, or even better. I recommend.

Terrible customer service, charged TWICE full amount, NO RUG in my home...

The rug that was delivered to me was heavily damaged. Started the replacement process. I was told the shipping company was going to come and pick up the damaged product and I'd be sent a new rug. I was charged again for the full amount, without my consent. And as of today, I have ZERO rugs, and my credit card is charged in full amount TWICE. It is impossible to get a proper answer from Rugs Direct customer service. I have no idea when the new replacement rug will be delivered. And I have no idea when I will be refunded for the extra/2nd time charge. Literally I have no answers as the end customer. Terrible experience. And I can't say anything about the rug as, like I said, I don't have a rug in my hands...
