Very Comfortable, Hard to Assemble

I think you cannot beat the comfort of this couch for the price. And it’s also very sturdy. It was not as easy to assemble as I thought it would be. You definitely need an electric screwdriver/drill and another set of hands.

we love this couch! looks great on our patio and it was easy enough to set up. the cool gray color goes with everything. it is comfy too and hasn't shown any wear and tear.

I bought 2 sofas and they Look great. Pretty comfy-a little bit stiff. Also bought 2 dining chairs to go with a white bistro table. Love the look of navy cushions with white piping!

Very comfortable pretty couch. It is on a covered patio and we keep the cover on it when not in use. It has held up well the being outdoors all the time. We purchased this 3 years ago.

Outdoor sofa & 2 matching chairs

The frame is nice, however it took a long time to put together approx. 2 hours, 2 adults. Not difficult, just labor intensive. The cushions were a disappointment. Not the quality I would have expected from a Bloomingdale's purchase. I would have expected this quality from Home Depot or Target. Too much to pack up and return so I decided to keep, but not happy about it.

I get many compliments on how comfy this is compared to my friends who purchased similar and paid more. I love this so much I bought another one the next year and I'm considering even one more!

Would recommend

Very nice quality. was packed very well and thus, no damage. Like the height of the seating. Cushions are very firm but still comfortable. Not difficult to assemble but need a second person to hold sofa bed while first end is attached to frame. Great product at reasonable price.

Hazardous to your health!

This comes with a WARNING label that states: This product can expose you to chemicals including wood dust and lead, which are known to the State of California to cause cancer or birth defects or other reproductive harm." There was nothing in the description of this item on Overstock's website about this. If there had been, I never would have ordered it. Also, the couch has a musty smell to it, which I hope will dissipate, along with the cancer causing chemicals!

Like this sofa and it looks great on my patio, but after 4 months it's not very comfortable but. When first purchased, Had problems with the middle leg, contacted OS and replacement part was received in less 5 days. Great customer service. 7/22/22 - now the set has been under cover patio for 4 months and the cushions are uncomfortable. Look thick but not. Wish back cushions were taller. For the price I'm not satisfied with this set.

Beautiful Outdoor Furniture

This outdoor furniture is beautiful and of good quality. I have found whe looking for this style you have to be VERY careful due to poor workmanship and bad product. THIS furniture is well made and I am so glad I took my time and waited to find the quality of these items. The cushions are a deep rust and a compliment to my patio area.

Terrible cushions - not worth it!!

Worthless because the cushion are TERRIBLE. If they get moist or wet one time they never dry out, then they just stay perpetually damp and smelly. We tried all sorts of ways to dry them out - nothing. And to add insult to injury we decided we would just bite the bullet and buy new cushions. Guess what? They are "odd" measurements. Most outdoor couch cushions are 24x24. I could have hundreds to choose from. But these are 25x25 After searching overstock, *** and *** i have like 3 choices - starting at $*** minimum for a single cushion (the other ones were like $*** and over $*** each) and that is just for the seat cushions. I haven't even looked at the back cushions yet. So at a minimum it will cost me $*** to get new couch cushions for just the seats for a couch that cost me less than $***. Lesson learned. I will ALWAYS check the cushion dimensions going forward to make sure they are "standard size". At this point it will almost be cheaper for me to buy a new outdoor couch. Sad!!

Perfect Sofa for beach home

Looks fantastic in my living room at the beach. Wanted a beautiful and worry free sofa for our place and this fit the bill. Cushion fabric is very stiff but dries quickly and is easy to clean. Pet hair is very attracted to it and does not brush off, but it does come off with the vaccuum. Cushion and rattan colors (we purchased tan)are modern coastal and play well off a light interior wall and dark floor.

Attractive, but cushion covers leaked!

Very attractive outdoor sofa. I also purchase the matching chair with ottoman, and the coffee table. Base appears very sturdy and well made. But, the sofa is not as deep as I expected (I'm 5'7") so wouldn't recommend for a taller person. Also, a few of the sand cushions did absorb lots of rain from a few days of heavy downpours, I have to remove the covers and stand the cushions upright to drain, which took a few days. I'm thinking that maybe the zippers on those cushions were exposed to the rain, but can't confirm since I brought the cushions inside during subsequent rains. Since then, I purchased "Duck Covers" to avoid having to bring the cushions in and out during the summer season. Much easier to just remove the covers when we want to go outside and enjoy the furniture.

Great quality, and it looks as good as it does in the photo. The cushions are amazing! It would have been very easy to put together, but something was wrong with the nuts inside on part of the sofa, and I had to bring it to the hardware store to find replacements. It turned out to be damaged nuts and I had to re-thread the nuts to allow the screws to fit. That was a big hassle, but everything else went smoothly. My cushion covers came separately but arrived the same day.

PUT TOGETHER WITH A MINIATURE ELECTRIC POWER DRILL

Wonderful addition to our outdoor patio. The bottom sofa cushions are firm and comfortable enough. The back cushion allow you to sink back into the couch. Before you start, do have on hand a small "Skill" electric power drill that allows you to insert a drill bit the same size as the Allen Wrench. A small drill allows you to get into the smaller spaces. Do NOT use a larger drill; it has too much torque; the bit will strip the inside slots on the head of the bolts. Using just an Allen Wrench will make putting the sofa together an almost impossible task.

Nice, but a pain to assemble

The furniture is nice (we bought a sofa, 4 chairs and 2 tables), but it is a huge pain to assemble. I've assembled dozens of pieces of furniture with Allen wrenches and I followed all the tips/tricks. This set is by far the worst. The holes for the bolts are often (50% maybe) covered with wicker. In some cases I was able to slide the wicker to one side. In other cases, I had to cut it away. Several pieces of the hardware were broken (boots with no threads, broken bolts, broken washers). If you're not extremely patient, avoid this product.
