My 5 bar stools were delivered quickly and left right on my front porch. All 5 were packed well for transport and came in perfect condition!

I love these bar stools. The color is beautiful a little darker than pictured wich worked great for my counter! They are heavy but great quality

These stools are beautiful sturdy and appear high quality until you get to the "nubs" floor protectors. Upon arrival of our initial order there were nubs broken on 2 of the chairs. Customer service was fantastic in replacing the 2 damaged chairs however, there has been another nub broken and there is no way to replace or fix just this area so we have a very expensive wobbly chair (very poor designing for the purpose of this part) Now we are just wondering how long before the others do the same. Very Frustrating and disappointed in this product. If anyone has a suggestion to help us Id be happy to update this review.

At this point, I don't know if I want to work with Wayfair any longer. I thought I had bought a set up of 4 chairs. The price was for 1. I went online to look at ordering more, the price for the chair had literally doubled. Talk about price gouging! Then looking at returning the chair, the cost is $50.

Beautiful stools

Poor Quality, Damaged Delivery, no help from customer service - total runaround...avoid.

They are super cool! The gold finish comes off a little bit easier than I expected, but we are easy on stuff so I'm not too worried. They are heavy and comfy!

Love love love these barstools. The leather is gorgeous, the brass not too shiny - but just right. Beware, these are heavy stools (but that's a great thing, right?!). Was unsure of not having a tall back but they work perfectly when you're sitting up next to the bar.

Not as advertised, Says Genuine Leather on Website but its Faux Leather! (Confirmed with Interior Designer) Chair construction & design is good but bottom floor feet missing as well! Lots of work to return FedEx never showed up as advised & had to call Wayfair back to schedule again.. overall bad experience unfortunately because I am a Wayfair fan… Mercana stool Manufacturer trying to pull the wool (Leather ) over consumer eyes..

Replacements ordered, will write review and upload pictures once I received my replacements….received replacements and they have the same problem. Unfortunately I returned them and asked for a refund. Joss & Main have “Excellent “ customer service, the process was handle expediently. I will continue to shop with Joss & Main, they have “Beautiful “ furniture. I am now looking for a different type of stool.

Perfect bar stool for our bar. We purchased three before and had space for one more. Glad you still have them available.

All 4 barstools I received (although beautiful) were clearly second quality with scratches and misconstructed metal and markings all over the bases. Waiting for Wayfair to exchange and wondering what I will receive as replacements.

These are beautiful chairs. Well made and heavy. The gold/paint on one of the chairs is already peeling off before ever used.:((. I still love them but kinda a bummer since they haven’t been used yet.
