I’m very happy with this chair, it’s not only compact and doesn’t take up too much space, it also looks athestically pleasing in my living room, where I don’t have a separate office area. I work from home so I spend on average 6-8 hours working on my computer. I absolutely love that this keeps my spine moving and the fact that it’s a rocking chair adds more movement and gets my heart going like a mini exercise, it’s also helping my core become stronger.

I am very pleased with this piece. It is comfortable and I use it at my desk, while reading, and while meditating. I have arthritic knees and stenosis, and this has been a good investment. the quality is excellent.

Fabric problems

Overall, I like this chair. I've had it for a little over a year now. I find that I get a lot less lower back pain with it. That said, in the last couple months the fabric on the kneeling pad has started unravelling at the seams. I've tried to fix it, but it's hard, as they left no seam allowance and didn't do anything to prevent the unravelling. It's one of those little things that just says "cheap" to me. It now looks terrible, and for an extra 25 cents a chair in fabric would have been entirely preventable or fixable.

Poor Quality

Would NOT repurchase. The seat is mounted on cheap MDF that completely split. I am a whopping 117 lbs so it certainly wasn’t my weight.

I have extremely mixed feelings about this chair. I was excited to purchase a chair to help correct my posture after beginning work in an office.

Ergonomic Kneeling Chair

The chair was easy to assemble with all the tools required included in the package. The material seat and knee cushions appear to be a durable fabric. The chair was easy to use and immediate results in posture were noticed. However, after an hour my knees were sore. Though it improved my lower back pain, the resulting soreness in my knees was disappointing.

It's incredibly comfy, forces you to engage your core without really thinking about it, definitely works your back muscles, and makes it a lot easier to maintain healthy posture. I've been a lot more active through the day and can sit at this charge for my entire day. THIS is how you prevent the infamous office hunchback.

Please look at the pdf on the product page before you buy. It looks simple enough but you will waste time trying to get it right and possibly crushing your fingers in the process and the 2 main pieces fold over each other . A decent kneeling chair

I wanted to experiment with a kneeling chair but didn't want to spend too much money in case it didn't work out. Although I thought I was ordering the grey fabric and they sent me the black, I'm happy with this chair so far.

Good for back pain, bad for leg pain

Assembly was simple using the pack-in tools and took about 30 minutes. The hardest part was getting the pins through the adjustment screw since the wood veneer floats around the metal screw instead of being attached so it is hard to line up the holes.

Cheap, poor construction

The cushions are way too thin. Even brand new, you can feel the bolts in your bottom and knees. On the thin pads, weight on the shins is painful. Impossible to adjust to a comfortable position with the right angles. Screws fall out. Do not buy this product. Wish I could return it. I bought it because I had a good quality chair once, but that was in France.

Beautiful chair and great for posture

Beautiful Chair! Well made! Perfect for at home office working. Keeps you from slouching and really strengthens the core and lower back. I am long-legged and it is not a problem with this chair. It looks like it came from IKEA, very pleased!

I removed the wheels, the chair became a little lower, but still, to have lunch, you need to hunch over at the table. Super Comfy - Great for posture. Must have ab muscles before using.

I do yoga daily & work out 3-4 times a week. This chair, or this type of chair, is a MUST for someone who wants to keep good posture.

I ordered this as an experiment - I was habitually tucking my legs under me in traditional office chairs and a friend joked I was exactly the kind of person kneeling chairs are made for. I saw this as a good starting ground - I didn't want to spend nearly a grand on a fully-adjustable chair to find out I hate the whole concept, but neither did I want to really low-ball it and skew the results by trying out a bad example of a kneeling chair.
