This toggle switch cover plate makes old fixtures look new. There is no need to remove the old toggle switch. Just remove the old face plate, place the cover-up wall plate over the toggle switch and fasten with the provided matching screws. The cover-up plate fits neatly over the toggle switch and serves as the face plate as well.

The Titans 3 Technology 1-Gang Toggle Switch Cover-Up Wall Plate is the ideal product for your shop or garage, I had a light switch that had gotten weak and would allow the lights to come on then off due to the switch being weak, but I added the 1-Gang Toggle Switch Cover-Up Wall Plate and my problems are over the cover plate took care of my issue and works great I have other areas that I plan to replace the covers with these.

Plate snaps into base nicely, comes apart very easy also if you need access. Looks good with no visible screws.

This is a neat plate looks very clean. Easy to install. The oversized dimensions are a nice touch.

I got this wall plate to cover an old light switch. It nice because it hides the mounting screws and haze a smooth flat surface. It’s easy to replace your existing wall plate with this one. Kill the power at the breaker, remove the old wall plate screws and remove the old plate. Separate the plate cover from the back plate and use the two included Phillips screws to mount the back plate to the switch. Then just snap on the over plate. Looks great!

It is absolutely beautiful! The clean clear faceplate, and sharp edges give a facelift to my wall. I believe my favorite characteristic of the "Hampton Bay Maple Hill 1-Gang White Toggle Plastic Wall Plate (1-Pack)", is the fact the hardware is hidden from view. Just the clean clear look of the faceplate. It also makes cleaning easy, wipe away dirt and fingerprints easily.

This plate is basically two parts design. It is made of durable plastic and doesn't feel cheap, so I think it will last. The finish is smooth and should be easily to clean any smudges from the hand with any mild cleaning solution. One is the back plate that has the 2 screws that holds it to the light switch, and the cover plate basically connects via 4 pressure fit slots. See the pics. The only thing I didn't like was that to take it out of the packaging, it was a bit difficulty to separate the two pieces so that I could install it. It does come with two tiny screws so that you can secure the back plate first.

[Rewarded Review] Fantastic replacement light switch plate

This Hampton Bay Maple Hill switch plate was the perfect choice when I had to replace my stairway light switch plate cover. It was easy to replace with minimal tools and well priced. We really loved the shiny finish and clean flush look. The larger size was also something we were with. I will definitely recommend this to all my family and friends.

[Rewarded Review] Sleek switch plate

This is an easy-to-install replacement wall plate for standard switches, and easily fits on a standard light switch. The gimmick, if you will, is that once installed you don't see any screws. This is accomplished by screwing a backing plate to the switch, and covering that with a cover plate. If you ever need to remove the plate, there is a small slot at the bottom where you can insert a screwdriver to pry it off. It looks very nice once installed. The only somewhat odd thing is that it is thicker than a normal cover, so the switch itself protrudes less than normal.

Won't Snap Together

I tried a couple different models of these to include this single switch and the outlet models. I wanted something with a modern look and no screws. I was unable to get any of them to snap together once the back plate was mounted. I tried to loosen/tighten the plate and no luck. I made sure nothing was obstructing the back where the tabs needed to snap in. I'm not if there simply isn't enough pressure on the back to allow them to snap when I push from the front. I'm returning them all.

[Rewarded Review] Shade of white doesn't match switch and cover plate has gaps against wall

I was excited about eliminating the typical cover's screw heads on my kitchen light switch. I figured it would look cleaner and be easier to wipe clean. However, it doesn't mount flush against the wall. The other thing that I'm not happy with is the color. It's labeled "white" but isn't the same white as the actual switch. Being that there are multiple brands where the "white" is the same shade, I would have expected this cover plate to match too.
