Love the coffee table - but received it damaged 3 times

Difficult to get a piece without some sort of damage. I have had 3 deliveries. This third one has some scratches in the finish, but it's the best of the 3. I think this is the best I can expect. It's a beautiful piece so I'm choosing to ignore the scratches in the finish. Hayneedle was very cooperative in the two exchanges prior to this final delivery - they tried very hard to make things right. It's Acme Furniture that seems to be the problem.
