Great hourglass. I needed one for a photoshoot and this one was perfect. Looks great and well made so it was perfect to have in my photoshoot. Love it!

I really like this item, but it is NOT the brassy color that is pictured in the photos. This came in a silver/stainless steel finish that would be great if the space I hoped to put it in wasn't already filled with gold/brass decorations.

Decent functional decor, but not very accurate.

Nice piece of functional decor. Doesn't look or feel cheap. Brass is hollow, but that's okay. Would have given it five stars, except for the fact that it's not very accurate in its time. Measured it three times and each time it was just over 31 minutes. Which is not terrible, if you're willing to accept an "approximately 30-minute sand timer. But if you're looking for something more reliably closer to a half-hour, then it's not quite there. It might be temperature dependent (glass expands with temperature). Unfortunately, there appears to be no easy way to open it to remove some of the sand. to adjust the time and calibrate it. Looks nice on the shelf..

My grandchildren love this It is the perfect size. It reminds me of the hourglass in the Wizard of OZ. "MY little Pretty". Works great for homework and music practice. It functions as a visual which helps them keep tract of the time they have left. Just the right size to be placed anywear. Mine is on the mantel, and everyone makes positive comments about it#.

Big statement piece for a good price!

I bought this item to place on my accent table. The hour glass adds just the right amount of glam and elegance to my living room.
