This item was bought with “white glove”. When shipment arrived, the delivery company said they don’t build. Now o have a bunch of boxes sitting here. I need these items build, which is why I purchased.

Terrible experience / Not enough Customer Service Agents

The back part will not fit into the side / arm on 1 side. We submitted a warranty request, waited 12 days and then had to sit on the phone for over 1 hour to speak someone. Pollywood then sent us replacement side parts, which we have just tried to install and are having the same issue. The entire experience is terrible as Pollywood is wasting our time.

The quality of this couch

The quality of this couch is great! We had some trouble putting it together because the notch on the side did not match up with the back of the couch. After some “modifications” we got it to work and haven’t had any other issues. So comfortable and the perfect addition to our patio!

Poor customer service

The couch was manufactured incorrectly and it has been over a week and no customer service from polywood.

The overall set it pretty good, but we have quality control issues with one piece and we sent in a customer service ticket to resolve this 15 days ago with no response. For the price would expect to resolve the quality controls issues.

Bad Customer Service, False Statements on Shipping

Such bad service. I will never order from Polywood again. I placed an order for a deep seating set ($3,300 cost) on April 29, which clearly stated a ship time of 8-12 days. I ordered at this specific time to have the furniture before Memorial Day Weekend. I then received an email that the order would ship between May 10-16 -- it is now May 20th and I can't get anyone on the phone, and the customer service chat just puts you in an automated loop.

Sofa Put together wrong

I ordered this sofa, and was excited to put it together. When I was putting the back of the sofa onto the frame, the steel rod on the back was not lining up with the holes. At first I thought the holes were drilled wrong. But then after looking at pictures online, the rod is on the back of the sofa, but mine was built backwards.I thought that buying MADE IN USA would mean I could get in touch the with company with an issue, but emails say 5-7 days for a response, and both chat and phone support were dead ends.....no one ever picks up or answers on chat.So, I unscrewd the top and pulled it off with a mallet (then pulled all the brad nails out) and turned it around, put it back together and now my sofa is complete. I don't have the right size brad nails, so some of the slats on the back are loose. Also, there are (2) screws, one is the correct size and (1) is too long and it sticks out the back.Hardly the quality and craftsmanship I was expecting on a 1500$ plastic sofa..... not impressed.Hopefully someone will get back to me, so they can send me a new back that is built correctly or refund me part of what I paid for the time I had to spend REBUILDING the sofa.Other than that, the sofa seems nice and it will work - - but its very annoying to have to deal with this. 5-7 days for an email response??? That is unacceptable. Less

Beautiful and sturdy set

Deep Seating is not comfortable

We ordered the Braxton deep seating collection with two rockers instead of chair, two porch rockers and a Vineeyard swing. The number of boxes was intimidating but assembly was easy and fairly fast. It looks terrific on our new covered patio. However, it is the most uncomfortable patio furniture we have ever had. The cushions are not anchored in any way and the seat cushions are constantly slipping forward. The seats are so low, that getting up is difficult especially from the rockers. The swing could be adjusted to a comfortable height and we enjoy it. The patio rockers are also better with a lumbar pillow, but everyone avoids the deep seating pieces.. We cant afford to get something different at this point, so very disappointing as we enjoy the outdoor space we created.

Braxton Sofa

We just received our two Braxton Deep Seating Sofa. I ordered in the sand color frame with marine indigo cushions. Putting the sofa together was very easy and came with everything we needed. They are comfortable, extremely sturdy and look amazing in our space. The frame is high quality and easy to clean. The furniture is modern and sleek. I would recommend these sofa!

Great seats- cushions didn’t last

We ordered the furniture 3 summers ago and were very excited! Great looking and comfortable! By the end of the first summer, the cushions started to split at the seams, making repairs not possible. At this point, all seat cushions are split at least on one side, not covered under the overall warranty, and Polywood does not offer an option for replacement cushions- not that I’d choose this same material again due to the issues we’ve had. Looks like we’re going to have to order replacement cushions from another company. Spent enough on the full set and might not have ordered with cushions if we knew this was going to happen.

Gorgeous furniture

The Braxton Deep Seating set I ordered was delivered promptly and was easy to assemble. It is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable! I would highly recommend Polywood for your outdoor furniture. Even better than in the pictures!
