Great looking sofa

The look and finish of the sofa are great. It's very comfortable, too. My only negative is the alignment of some of the screw holes was off, requiring me to drill new holes. Otherwise, seems very sturdy and should last a long time.

Quality control issue

Sofa arrived missing metal supports in seat bottom. Didn’t even realize it until I saw a friend who had same one with the metal. It’s now clear it’s missing on mine. There’s a gap between the pieces when screwing it in.

Very sturdy and beautiful lounge set! Easy to assemble with two people. Contacted customer service for help and they were very responsive! Super comfortable!

Polywood Enthusiast Finds This Set Lacking (materials & quality control)

We have ordered from Polywood before, the nautical chaise lounge chairs (set of 4) and LOVED them -- the quality and craftsmanship, however, when we received the Country Living Sofa (and 2 loveseats to match) we were a little less impressed. The material was still the same high quality and color was great. The cushions are very comfortable, BUT when we went to put the sofa and loveseats together the screws that hold together the seat back and the seat bottom (of the frame) were not long enough to actually catch and sit loosely in the rear corner. We watched the videos on how to put it together and assembled, disassembled and then reassembled thinking it was an error on our end, but it was not. The issue was present in ALL 3 pieces! We are very hopeful that they actually do hold up to people sitting on them, as we haven't really had anyone over to use them yet, but I am very nervous that they may fall apart under the weight of use. Additionally, one of the arms of the sofa had a screw (pre-fab) sticking up and out of it. My son cut is arm resting it on the chair. We took a screwdriver and retracted that screw, but it was shipped to us like that.

Comfortable and durable

I purchased this model after sitting in a few different Polywood sofas in a local store. The Country Living model was the most comfortable for whatever reason.

Good Outdoor Furniture, at last!

A great solid piece of furniture. Hope it lasts as long as it is solid. Easy to assemble. A pleasure to sit on.

Product appears to be good at first glance but your "customer service" is absolutely garbage!

Best Use for Recycled Plastic!

The quality of everything received was excellent. We live in a coastal area and metal and wood just don't hold up as well as this should. I also love that it recycles plastic and keeps it out of the landfill! The cushions were also very well made. They haven't been through a southern summer yet, so we'll see how well they hold up. Assembly was super easy. I did everything by myself and two couches, two ottomans and two tables took a total of two hours from start to finish. Love everything overall. The rug in the picture is from a different company, but is also recycled plastic.

Comfortable!

The sofa was a challenge!!! We had to order multiple replacements, finally we ended up assembling with a sander & a rubber mallet to get it to go into place. We do love it now that its fully assembled, great deep seats, can fully lay down, thick cushions, but was a lot of emails, phone calls, etc to get this accomplished. Thankfully their customer service team is AMAZING! If only production team would listen to the complaints & attempt to resolve.

I love this set. I purchased In mahogany to match my Polywood chaise lounge and Polywood Adirondack chairs. I love the color of the cushions they are very neutral and go well with the Classic Accessories indigo cushions which I also purchased on Overstock.

Received in timely manner and thought the communication from start of purchase to actual delivery was excellent! The couch was in perfect condition when arrived and was an easy assembly! I love Polywood furniture… it is very nice looking and lasts long time!! Love the color of cushions and frame!

Beautiful furniture, easy to put

Beautiful furniture, easy to put together and very well constructed. Cushions are full and comfortable. I was missing a screw and contacted Polywood and received the item within a week and a half. At this point, highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing. Quick delivery, more beautiful in person, easy assembly, and super thick quality cushions!!! Love, love, love! Once I save up I plan to get a sofa and table to match.
