Arrived damaged. Part of the delivery was missing.

Prompt delivery and quite easy to assemble. Looks great in the room and has already been used several times.

I am VERY disappointed in the chairs of this set. While putting together the chairs two of the arms cracked. One of the front legs split at the top. The company sent two new chairs. Cant believe one arm had a crack in it right out of the box. One of the front legs cracked while screwing it on. We are in our 70s and far from strong so obviously the materials are inferior. How do I get a refund

Very beautiful table and quite versatile with the reversible top. Chairs are comfortable and well constructed. Three different surfaces to play games on. Small smooth top is perfect for four or fewer players, larger tops for more players.

Love this set but a little disappointed that the base is not made from solid wood it has already chipped from pushing a chair in. It is unfortunate because it is otherwise a beautiful set and very functional.

Table AWESOME chairs leave a lil to be desired

The table is crafted nicely! The reversible top is pretty heavy and I expect many years out of it. The chairs...that's another story. The directions definitely should be edited. This is the perfect time to get a intern tech writer to clean up things like this. The 3-star is not because of the instructions, rather the caster wheels. I researched to ensure I purchased the best rug for rolling the wheels. It didn't work. So I researched what to do when caster wheels don't roll smoothly and followed the guidance. This partially worked for all but one set of wheels. So, if wheels not rolling in a chair is the equivalent of coming to a complete stop in a car. The problem with the chair more so comes if it's wooden. The wood could crack...which I heard of one of the legs! So, I removed the wheels from that chair, it will be the one against the walk, the shortest (no wheels), and the one I sit in (and I'm short).

Table is great. Chairs have been replaced several times and finally I just threw them out.

The table itself is nice. We’ve had 2 people fall to the ground because the chairs broke. Very little use. Disappointing for sure.

Get ready for frustration

It's like putting together IKEA furniture, but with worse instructions, missing parts and components that dont quite fit correctly. If that sounds like your cup of tea, this set is for you. I also have an extra wooden pallet now because the delivery crew just dropped everything off on my driveway when I wasnt home... but who doesnt like an extra trip to the dump. Once the missing parts arrived and I physically forced everything together, the set is actually ok. It's a bit more red than I was expecting but that could just be the lighting in my house.

The price was right I would definitely refer this item to everyone the size fits excellent in the room there were no downsides

The price of this set does not match the low quality of the product. Disappointed in the product as a whole. A few things to mention: The chairs were not fully stained, several areas of unstained wood are visible. The cup holders are small and made of cheap plastic. They are not situated in a spot where they can even be used. If you were to put a drink in the holder you'd knock it over anytime you moved your arm. The description states 8 players. While there are 8 chip and cup holders the spots are very small. Maximum players would be 5 and that would be tight.

I should have read these reviews prior to purchasing. The table is decent quality but one of the legs snapped off a chair the first time we used it. I'm trying to purchase an additional chair but it doesn't seem to be an option.

The fit and finish was poor. Legs don’t screw in tight and the finish was poor—large portion of the chairs were unfinished.

I would NEVER recommend this table and chair set. It was impossible to put together. A couple of chairs broke before even using them. Wayfair was amazing another set and people to assemble and they had a terrible time. Wayfair hired an excellent furniture repair man in our area to repair and add extra strength. Two or three weeks after that, one chair broke. Another one broke yesterday. These do not get every day use. All in all, the set is awful. Wayfair was wonderful. They have gone out of their way to accommodate. But I feel terrible asking them to do more. Just DON'T buy this product. You will be sorry!

Hardware used to put chairs together are poor quality. In less than two weeks, two of the 4 chairs have broken. On top of that we are having trouble getting the parts needed for replacement. Not a good look for Hope Depot!
