Just as advertised, very sturdy cabinet. Nice dark color. No issues with delivery, quality, or finish. I would definitely purchase again.

Professional quality

Stable, locks, drawers glide smoothly. There is a built-in safety mechanism preventing the bottom drawer from being opened when the top drawer is not fully closed.

Good Quality Cabinet

This cabinet has low odor. It has an oil paint odor coming from the drawers and is more noticable when you open them. But it is becoming more faint as time goes by. It doesn't smell up the office. For those who require low odor because of asthma or other conditions, this cabinet may work for you. HON even said this cabinet emits lower VOC's. It's a bit pricy, but worth it at the end to avoid the oil base paint odor that you get with some other file cabinets. The cabinet feels sturdy and the drawers open smoothly. I was disappointed that it didn't come with the bars that allow front to back filing. You can purchase those for about $25 online. But if you plan to use it for side to side filing, it is fully equipped with bars for that. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars out of 5 is because of the price and it didn't come with the front to back filing bars which I had to buy separately.

Perfect for What I Needed!!

This file cabinet looks great and is just the right height (3 drawer) to serve as a work area on top. Having the option to purchase the laminate top just adds to the rating and appearance. I purchased 2 and am very pleased with my selection!!

This cabinet is sturdy and can be used with either letter or legal documents. The locking feature is very important to secure documents. Cabinet is fairly light and fits into tight spaces.
