600 series 5 drawer

It’s a run down piece.. banged up and doesn’t look like hon brand, not sturdy at all. Feels like paid a lot for a used cabinet .

I purchased this cabinet for my thriving office. Myself and my team love it. Very smooth drawers. Very sturdy.

This is a very well made high quality good looking file cabinet. With the exception of the wood finish and the various wood cuts, you end up pretty much building this thing from scratch, right down to the glue. It is put together using dowels and cam locks and screws, and is extremely sturdy when you are finished. The instructions say it takes 55 minutes. That guy had all the parts laid out ready to go with all the tools needed, and had built 20 of them before. I suggest it's more like 2 hours. :)

It took some patience to assemble, but once finished, it's a solid, well made, and very attractive addition to our home office. All components fit together perfectly, nothing was off by even a centimeter. This filing cabinet is one of the best buys I've made! We like it so much we may buy another to store old tax returns in something other than banker boxes.

Excellent Commercial Grade File Cabinet

The new lateral filing cabinet gave the work area a new look instantly! Neat and organized. Sturdy cabinet with a professional look. I would highly recommend this product.

IT DOES NOT WORK/WILL NOT OPEN

I bought two of these systems and ONE of them will NOT open it's like the lock is permanently ON and will not unlatch from the bottom 4 drawers. ONLY ONE OPENS. Nothing I do can remove the latch to open. So I basically paid over $900 for something that does NOT work and will remain empty--I am currently in process of getting this returned and sent back through Office Depot--we will see just how easy that is.

Nightmare - But Great product

We placed an order 1 month ago for our office. We were advised after 3 weeks, that it will be delivered at the door and not at the office. Finally we got them, and the customer service provided by Martha and Russell, who did the installation, are the only reason I don't give this review 1 start. I have to admit that the product is great, but getting the product to us a total NIGHTMARE!!
