Room temp water is a gimmick and very loud!

Orders of magnitude louder than any other cooler I've used. I can't keep it in the bedroom as desired. The "room temp" water is exactly as ice cold as the cold water so that feature is also useless.

Oh this is a game changer, no more bottles by the dozens! We use the ambient mostly but threee temps. to choose from and bottom load... SWEET! ;)

Brio hot cold and Room temperature water cooler

This is by far the best water cooler I’ve ever purchased. I picked this one because of the bottom load and you don’t have to see The bottle, it takes away the office look I also like the fact that it has hot cold and room temperature water. There is a switch to turn the compressor on and off, and it is the same for the hot water if your a stickler for noise,this is the one. I really wasn’t looking forward to spending a lot on the water cooler, but it’s money well spent. Thank you for an awesome job in designing a water coolers for everyone’s needs.

Not worth the money

Purchased this a year ago and the cold water side no longer works, nothing is coming out of it at all.

The bottom of room temp did not work

It makes the water taste terrible!

The bottled water we use for this dispenser tastes great on its own, but once it goes through the dispenser it picks up a horrible flavor which I can’t identify. Trying to figure out what it is! Blech!

Terrible

This was the second Brio water dispenser I purchased after the first one arrived damaged in the box. The room temperature water dispenser never worked. The hot and cold stopped working within the first hour. I ended up buying a water dispenser for $99. I will never buy another Brio product again.

Love my water cooler!!

I really love it! Everything about it. It’s easy to set up and very handy for me everyday! I drink a lot of water and I drink hot tea every night so the hot water feature is awesome!

It looks great! I haven’t really had too much of a chance to use it yet. I have it in my secondary home and have only had it hooked up for a couple of days so far. The cold water could be colder from what I have experienced, but it is definitely chilled as compared to the room temperature water. The hot seems like it is hot enough, however I did not fix a hot beverage to test it out.
