A good buy

I bought a of these chairs for the side of my fireplace. I love them. They are well made and very comfortable. I received many compliments on them. I've seen many made like them far more expensive and not as well made.

I would buy this again

Amazing Chair

I had saw the chair on another website but overstock had a lower price. Ordered it and put it together myself. I am using it for a bedroom chair in guest room. Love it!!!!

Very nice chair! Color was grays/ light blue. Very easy to put together. Sturdy and well put together. Would definitely recommend it! It was a gift to my in-laws- - they loved it!

Nice addition to my French Country room

The chair is a pretty oatmeal color with blue pin stripes. They weren’t too hard to assemble; I did it myself (late 60’s). Their main use is for extra seating when family visits.

These chairs are very pretty but lightweight which makes them feel cheap and not old and vintage like I was hoping for. But still very cute.

Mixed feelings about this chair!

A while ago, I purchased the other color of this chair, (Madison Park Charlotte Natural Camel Back Exposed Wood Chair), but after putting it together, promptly took it apart and packed it up to ship back for a return! It was really uncomfortable. But, I really liked the material on this chair, (beige background with browns & grays, and the wood is brown with grayish overtones) so I took a chance and ordered it! It was the same level of difficulty to put together as the first one I ordered...and some of the holes were drilled in the wrong place! I had to take out the pegs in order to use those holes and that worked! You really have to put one of the arms on and then disregard the instructions and put the seat on next and then wedge the 2nd arm in! It's pretty difficult, but with some effort with a rubber mallet can be done! This chair seems to be a bit more comfortable than the other, but it's definitely not a chair you'd curl up in to watch a movie or read for a long period of time! But it goes well with my other furniture, so I'm going to keep this one!

Beautiful Chair!

I wanted this as an accent chair in my living room, and it looks amazing. I found it easy to assemble, and the neutral palette is perfect. Great buy.

You get what you pay for

Worth it for the price. Perfect size, style and color (cream not white) for what I need. Understand that although the online descriptions say "no tools needed", you will need a phillips head screw driver and a mallet/small hammer. Bring your patience to assemble. Everything does not line up exactly perfect. Assembly was easier with two people. We did have to make sure the holes were cleaned out. Excess wood would not allow screws to go through on the side arms of both chairs. Not a big deal but worth noting. My biggest disappointment was the striped fabric on the back of one of the chairs...not exactly straight. Quality control must have been on break. The fabric is not high quality and I will probably recover but very disappointed. Wishing I had purchased a solid fabric chair. This was my first Overstock purchase. Arrived very quickly (4 days) and one day before expected.

Looks as pictured online, good purchase

Good quality chair. Assembly took about 20min. I had to get the mallet out to knock the arms into place but not a big deal. I would recommend this chair to others. Seems pretty solid, deeper seat cushions than expected, definitely needs a lumbar pillow

Really did not like this chair!

After ordering this chair, I decided to cancel (wasn't sure of the colors), but it was too late! So when it arrived I put it together, after some difficulty in getting the seat on with the arms...and then promptly took it apart to send back! It's so deep, it was uncomfortable to sit in! And I really didn't like the color of the wood, or the fabric color...more of a yellowish off-white with navy stripes. Back it goes!!

In love with this chair it will be the perfect addition to my office when it's complete! Very simple to put together with about only 4 sets of different bolts used to do so and the tools necessary included other then a Philips screwdriver. You can smell the fresh finish on the high quality wood and although the box was slightly a little rough looking the packaging was immaculate inside.

This chair looks just as it is pictured. It's has a wide sturdy seat that my friends and family love and the upholstered arms provide good assistance for those who need support when rising out of the chair. My dad and grandma appreciate that! I definitely recommend this chair for its pretty style and sturdy comfort.
