Great design, a bit hard to work with
Nice design, well made. But it's so hard to get the allen wrench into the little hole to tighten the thing!
Finish Problem!
Though the product is well made, the Brilliance Bronze Finish does not match the faucet and shower fixture that I purchased. It is a much lighter and less rich finish. Brizo seems to have a major quality issue in their finishes. I ordered a different style but unfortunately it did not match either. I am now stuck with fixtures that don't match. I am very disappointed in Brizo. I could not get a straight answer from them.
