Delivery easy, customer service incredible! We JUST put this fireplace together THIS morning! Took 20 minutes for my husband to assemble with ZERO tools! Anyone can do by themselves if you can lift 10 pounds! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! The flame is gorgeous, and there is moderate heat. ! We CANNOT believe it! And to think we were going to run a gas line to our fireplace for 6,000$!!! Buy it...you will LOVE IT!

This fireplace is very stylish and I love that I can use it indoors or outdoors and it is very easy to transport. I do wish that the unit was higher off the ground. It sits very close to the floor and it is not as easy to showcase as I expected. But overall, it is a great addition to my living room.
