Potentially beautiful.

I love the look at the pergola, but the finish is already coming off. It’s only been up two weeks.

Bellerose greenhouse

It was delivered quickly, set up was fairly easy. My husband did it on his own in a weekend. There are so many features including water hook ups, working windows, so many collapsible working table, temp activated fan, vents . USB ports. I am so happy with this I would highly recommend!

Nice solid Pergola

Easy to assemble. Some of the wood pieces were warped but overall good quality. My only issue I had was anchoring the pergola to a paver patio. We sheared off a few of the bolts when ratcheting them in. They should provide better quality concrete bolts for the anchoring. However after anchoring the pergola was really solid.

I bought this pergola in the middle of an intense Texas summer. It was so worth it! It looks beautiful, it helps provide relief from the intense heat and unlike 3 previous cheap metal pergolas from other companies, this one is solid and can withstand powerful Texas severe storms. I love the added feature of having a built in outlets and charging ports for my devices. It's so convenient. Only drawback is that the color was a little darker than expected but otherwise it looks great and I definitely recommend it.

I love my new pergola. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy my backyard and family. It was easy to assemble, the directions and labeled parts were great. My son-in-law and I (I am 70) put it together in one day. Highly recommend it.

brockton 10x14 ft. pergola

I am a former home builder and the brockton pergola was the right size for my patio project, me and two men put it togather in 6 hours and the instructions were easy to follow. I would say most do it your self people could put it togather in a reasonable time

Made of Chinese cedar

Item is not true cedar. Its chinese cedar which has already faded in the sun after a few days of installation. It is very soft material. The boards were warped and Honestly I am extremely disappointed in the quality.

Absolutely Perfect

I absolutely love my pergola. It fits my patio pad perfectly and we enjoy sitting outside under it. Of course we have since added metal roofing, string lights and curtains - I couldn't be happier with it though.

Very nice Pergola

I just finished putting this together last week and i was impressed with how easy they made it to assemble. Very nice color, it was exactly what i was looking for.

Perfect size

I bought this to put over a hot tub and the dimensions were perfect. Easy to put together. All the parts were well labeled and directions easy to follow. Took about 4 hrs, my wife and me. The cedar color was neutral and easy to match with existing furniture.

Great Pergola

For the price it can’t be beat. The warranty is what made me ultimately choose this one. It was easy assembly and looks great.

Good Value

Purchased this to go over a BBQ island. Assembly was easy using the app and written instructions. Spent more time treating the wood before assembly. Two coats of sealer on every piece. Easier to do it before assembly. Had issues with some pieces warped or splinted. Called and received new pieces within a week. Customer service is outstanding. All said and done this is great looking pergola.

uneven ends

The pergola is perfect either the exception of the two end pieces. I don’t believe it is a construction issue. Wish I could attach a photo. Suggestions please.

Good looking pergola

Instructions are top notch easy to follow. Had to have several pieces of wood replaced. Customer service is excellent. They replaced pieces quickly. Pergola requires alot of prep work. All wood needs to be sealed.

Improve Instructions perhaps?

Assembly took a few hours longer than estimated in the instructions, but at the cost of cedar these days, I'm satisfied with the purchase. Also, the directions instruct the assemblers (took three at one point) to install the four plastic post foot covers on last - after the pergola is assembled. Not a good recommendation, as the pergola is 400+ pounds heavy at that final juncture.
