wife likes them

shipping time was about 10 days to 2 weeks. wife says she likes them, only complaint is that the lid handles get too hot and must use a potholder to remove them.

This is a true quality frying pan. "Limited Lifetime Warranty" too. My previous pans were Circulon, but their non-stick surface fails over time. And, Circulon refused to replace my large frying pan. Interestingly, Analon is made by Meyer Corporation, who also makes Circulon. This is my 2nd Anolon cookware piece, and so far they hold up to my gas stove.

Scratched nonstick cookware set

Nonstick cookware set arrived scratched with coating flaking off. Disappointed with Teflon flakes in food. Return plicy limited. Liked the look and feel, but couldn't use.

Great pans!

Our old pans were so scratched up and warped, it was beyond time to replace. After much research we chose these and are so pleased! They heat nicely, cook evenly, and really truly are non stick and easy to clean. Very happy with our purchase! Feels like it takes less time and less heat to cook with these too!

My Favorite pans ever..

Absolutely love my Anolon Ascend Nonstick cookware. I can cook almost anything and it slides off the pan. Love the way it looks too!..

No Customer Service

I placed my order on 1/28 and almost immediately realized I made a mistake. I have emailed and called Anolon close to a dozen times to correct my order. As of today, 2/12, I have heard from no one. I would never recommend this company or brand to anyone. I received the product but no response from customer service. No one ever picks up the phone, it always tells you to email and you never get a response.

Horrible Customer service

Decided to return and got no response from customer service to discuss. It has been almost 2 months and nothing. Had to get credit card company involved.

Poor Customer Service

On December 25th I submitted a ticket as required by Anolon site for customer service. Site indicated they would contact me with 2 days if not within hours. I subsequently sent them 2 additional emails and called the customer service phone number. Their phone number had 0 options for speaking to a representative. It is now January 19th, and I have not had any kind of response. Suggestion: ORDER FROM AMAZON!

Amazing cookware !!

I purchased this cookware due to installing an induction cooktop in our new home. I had never used induction previously. My existing pots and pans wouldn’t work. So I researched and Anolon was my choice. I am over the top thrilled with this cookware. I cook evenly, works perfectly on the induction., and the non stick is a dream. Cleanup is a breeze!! All I need is a matching griddle that works on induction and my kitchenware will be complete 🙂🙂. If you haven’t made a decision to purchase Anolon , I highly recommend it!!

Beautiful cookware set

I love my new Ascend cookware set. The cookware is very sturdy with a good weight and also beautiful. The non-stick surface works beautifully. Definitely recommend.

Problems with Customer Service

Great cookware....beautiful, solid, and seems to be durable. However, whenever i ordered it, we qualified for free shipping. They charged us for shipping, and when I realized it (5 seconds after pushing the "order" button), I immediately tried to contact Customer Service to cancel and reorder. Thats where the issues begin. You cannot speak to anyone. You have to file a support request. I filed one on 12/11 and still have yet to hear back. So now, we are in the position of using them, and eat the shipping, or not use them and send them back. The problem is, we cannot even send them back if we wanted to because we haven't heard from CS in a week and a half.

Bought the 10 piece oven and dishwasher safe set and couldn’t be happier! Bought our first set of Analon cookware 7 years ago and they’re still going strong. Moving those to the RV. New set feels sturdy and durable and they cook like a dream. Not to mention they look great! Analon is highly recommended by us!

Why Wait, There Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's the first nice set of pots and Pans that I bought. And my first thought was why I didn't buy a set earlier. There amazing!!!!!!!!!!! Stuff does not stick. And they look great

I just love love these brands.. I have burnt my pot several times and it still came out clean.. I can't express it enough!!! I know their prices Is costly. but it's worth it in the long run..an forgot to mention, the food never sticks. It comes off sliding like butter. it keeps the heat evenly .an it is true to what they telling you About their product. they are built to last for years.
