Poor quality terrible customer service

Did after a year. Terrible customer service trying to get it fixed. I've sent them 40-50 emails, videos, etc... They keep sending nonsensical suggestions. Do you self a favor, do not buy this.

Looks great, but no heat

This product looks great. Flame visual is exceptional and unique. But…. The heater throws very little heat. Buy this item for the uniqueness of the design, but don’t buy it as an efficient outdoor heater. We are currently using the heater as a garden accessory.

I don’t recommend. I thought the quality, given the price, would be better. The igniter would not function and the heater, which is supposed to lower for storage, would not lower. The directions were poor, with drawings that were not discernible. Very disappointed Home Depot would sell this and the staff, who were nice, didn’t even attempt to remedy the issues.

Great deck heater! Practically no assembly. Easy to light and mesmerizing to watch. Actually puts off heat. I would recommend this product.

Wonderful excellent heater warms us so well and is stout! Heavy winds don't budge it! Looks beautiful on our patio as well!
