I had fountain delivered, it is too large to fit in my vehicle. Arrived with broken parts, emailed Alpine and was told parts are on back order and I will be put on a list to receive them when they get them but they do not know when that will be…meanwhile I have a big useless fountain

This fountain-mirror is a beautiful feature for a home, but I'm also giving 5 because of the seller's service, ours came with a problem and they replaced the mirror part in no time, amazing service, thanks!

As for me, it was a no-no because it was not functioning accordingly and satisfactorily; it kept making a lot of noise, and the water wasn't running down from it properly as it was supposed to. Anyway, it isn't a horrible product, but I had to return it because I wasn't pleased with it, especially with the pricing amount of the product

My wife and I purchased this fountain for our home and we are extremely pleased with the quality of the product. It was super easy to assemble and it works just as advertised. Not only that, we had a very minor problem and the company’s customer service department responded immediately, perfectly handling the issue. Their response alone is a reason to purchase this fountain. We love it!

Tranquil and Beautiful

I wasn't sure how this fountain would function based on other reviews but it has been working well thus far. It is beautiful in our foyer and adds the perfect amount of tranquility.

Amazing/Stunning for my new home.

I bought this for my new home. It is stunning and the sound of water makes it a beautiful and calming centerpiece in my living room. All of my friends are jealous.

We love the Waterfall. It is noisier than expected, but other than that, it is exactly what we hoped it would be.

Beautiful but it is a bit if a distilled water hog

I didn't expect it to go through so much water... but I enjoy it! It uses distilled water, so about $1,25 every other day to keep it full and running correctly.

Don't waste your money

I bought this for my daughter who is blind. It's been a total nightmare. It never worked correctly. They sent out replacement mirrors, and it still didn’t work. I asked for a refund or exchange for another of their products and was asked for another video of it not working, I had sent 4 previously.

i would like to see more bronze

not pleased at all!!

I only had this water fountain for 7 months, and it's basically not pulling the water out. Hard water streaks is all down the mirror I am not pleased and I spent $347 on it.

Very nice,love it,easy to assemble, water runs down bronze mirror and doesn’t go into the rocks, no water splashes on floor, halogen light makes it a beautiful waterfall during day/night, bought a uv light for it so it keeps the water clean, without using chemicals, very quite just the sounds of the water, very tranquil !
