Terrible Lamp Shade

For the price, it’s not a bad lamp. But the Velcro lampshade is very small, and you can see the clips. It’s not worth it for me to take it apart, box it up, drive to the mall, and return it. I’m hoping to find a real lampshade to replace the piece of junk that came with it. But I don’t recommend buying this lamp.

Elegant and inexpensive. Easy to assemble and delivered on time. The perfect compliment to our living room. Thank you Home Depot.

Overpriced, cheap

It definitely looks better on the website than in person. The lamp shade is some cheap fabric over a plastic sheet that comes rolled up and you have to attach it to two hoops with some cheap plastic clasps. The post is broken up into four parts so you'll see several seams where you screw the post together. The finish was okay but it is definitely NOT what I would call oil brushed bronze. I've never seen an oil brushed bronze that looks like this. It's basically a brushed brown metal. Returned

Lovely lamp. The shade must be assembled. I would have preferred not to have the on/off on a foot pedal, but controllable when sitting in my chair.

poor quality

This lamp is not worth the money. I’m disappointed in the quality of this lamp. Macys has changed their standard. It’s very thin and poorly made. I do not recommend this lamp. I would return it if my husband hadn’t put it together and discarded the box. The shade is held together by a small piece of Velcro. It’s not one solid piece.

I have to say that the packaging was Fantastic. I’ve ordered lots of DIY furniture and such online and the care in which this was packaged was thought out and sturdy.

Easy to assemble and matches picture. The issue is the base is quite small and does not provide a stable enough base on carpet. I’ll need to add some weight or support to prevent tipping. It will do better on hard surfaces.

I was so pleasantly surprised when the box arrived, and I opened up the box with this beautiful king size metal headboard! The quality is outstanding it's taking me years to get the right headboard for my king size bed, and I must admit this is the perfect choice! Thank you, Overstock it fits perfectly with my Decour and I am sure if you purchase this beautiful headboard it will also go beautifully with your Decour. Don't know why I've waited so long to find the perfect headboard... I guess it was because I was waiting to find this one which is indeed perfect in every way, the quality and the price are outstanding

LED vs. Glaucoma

I thought it was a nice modern lamp, simple and really would look great in any room in the house. I gave it 3 stars because it used LED light bulbs. My husband has glaucoma and cannot have brighter lighting.

Well Made Lamp for Any Room

Nice lamp. Puts off a nice soft light. Easy to assemble and packaged well. Would definitely recommend this. Nice addition to my TV room. 5 stars!!!

Love the look of this lamp - it is just as pretty as the photo on Overstock showed. Also very easy to assemble with easy to understand instruction sheet. Critical parts are plastic, though, so I am afraid it won't last very long. Paperwork inside the box provided extra two years of warranty (extending 3 year to a 5 year warranty), so we're going to give it a go.

The product and price met my expectation and some!

At first I didn't understand how these lamps fit in such a small box. The assembly was easy and the lamps are beautiful in my home. Although shipment initially stated I would receive in 1-2 days, the extra days were not inconvenient. I was a bit concerned about the lighting, and the bulbs required, the lighting is perfect. I love my new lamps!

Sleek & Modern

It’s really hard to find a simple floor lamp like this. I didn’t want this to be an eye catching piece but more a subtle form of light in the corner of the room. This is a perfect, modern and sleek floor lamp. To make it more modern looking I’d prefer a white shade, the linen/natural beige tone wasn't really what I thought I was getting. Brightech should consider giving customers the option of shade color in the future. I’m working on trying to get a white shade because I’m the photos it looks white, but it’s definitely not white. Overall, I recommend.

Shades don’t match

We received our first Montage as a gift and ordered a second. Unfortunately the second lamp came with a different, cheaper shade that required assembly with clips and Velcro.

Product Review

This is a piece made in a traditional style, but one that works together with today's more contemporary designs. I was searching for a lamp to light our room from behind the sofa, and this does this with panache. Its height and brightness levels are just right and it has earned us many compliments from visitors. The foot switch is an asset but we think the potential when it's hooked up to a smart plug will be great

Product Review

This lamp offers great value. It's simple to assemble, modern in style and very solid. Looks amazing in the guest room. Shame that there's no switch on the lamp itself, just an on/off foot switch. This means that it's tricky to switch it on or off, especially if you plan to place it behind a couch as well. The workaround is to unplug it, but thats not ideal
