If you live in a rural area as we do you would come to appreciate the value of effective solar lighting. This Pinegreen Lighting 2 Head 8 Watt Motion Activated Solar Outdoor Area Light is great for so many areas. It is easy to install, includes two separate light panels with 15ft cords which enable you to cover a small or large area. Powered by a single solar panel. The motion sensor can detect movement 40 ft away. The light automatically turns on once movement is detected. Bright and effective. We currently have this at the gate at the bottom of our driveway. Perfect for detecting critters ...or creepers. We plan on adding a couple more to other areas of our property.

[Rewarded Review] Compact outdoor solar light

This solar outdoor spot light set by Pinegreen Lighting was smaller than I had anticipated. This compact design is fantastic, the two separate heads are powered by one solar panel and have an output of 1000 lumens using 8 watts. They are motion activated and provide good lighting to protect any dark area of your yard. Everything you need to set up is included in the box, they can be mounted on the fence or eaves of home. The set up was really easy and I totally love them. Don't let the small size fool you, they provide very good light in my back yard. highly recommend.

[Rewarded Review] Great combination - solar powered and motion activated - bright light - great for security

Best of both - solar powered and motion activated means that it recharges during the day and only comes on at night when motion triggers it. This is a very bright light at 1000 lumens with plenty of wire to place the solar panel and light panels in optimal positions. I am using this as a security light outside my home in a dark corner where I do not have a light but want light to come on if anyone goes down that side of my house.

Completely satisfied with the product. Works very well.

We have an outbuilding void of electrical service that could use some security lighting. The HD Seeds Program offered a 2-Head, 8 Watt, motion activated solar powered LED exterior light fixture by Pinegreen Lighting for evaluation. The unit received is model CL-SM1000L-2H. The unit consists of 2, 8 watt LED panels with internal battery packs, a central recharging solar panel, 3 mounting brackets with hardware, and an instruction booklet. Out of the box there are two bands of almost 15 feet low voltage wire extending out of the solar panel with push in connectors for the LED panels. The selection of installation spacing is thus limited to within this 15 foot distance. Follow the directions included. Assemble the unit and let it charge ideally for 2 full days in the OFF position prior to final installation and activation of the motion detector mode. The LED light panel dimensions are 3 ½”x4 ½” with a mounted depth of 3 3/8” while the solar panel is 3 7/8”x 5 ¾” with a relief of 3 ¾” when mounted. The LED units can be tilted 40 degrees and rotated a maximum of 80 degrees on their mounts. The units are for outdoor installation on either a wall or eve. They are listed as water resistant, but not for submersion. The motion sensor has a 40 foot, 120 degree range. The LED beam is set at 120 degrees and is not adjustable. The installation guide is helpful in selecting the proper location for use and includes safe use and warranty information. We did not encounter any difficulty installing this unit on the front side of the building using our own mounting hardware because of the structural composition. Total installation time was approximately 30 minutes. We tested the units after dusk and easily detected human and large dog motion. Units remained on for and estimated 20-30 seconds, although we did not chronograph them. They recycled back into active mode in less than one minute and would illuminate the area for another 20-230 seconds. Star rating 4/5. The unit is made in China, distributed by Pinegreen Lighting.

[Rewarded Review] Light is a Great Security Tool

Driven by two LED panels generating 1000 Lumen output and powered by a very compact, and therefore efficient, solar panel this kit is going to be fully employed protecting the rear of the house and yard. If it performs as I expect then it will be joined by more sets protecting other parts of the property.

[Rewarded Review] 2 heads better than 1

I have several solar powered security lights and I have been impressed with their ability to work year after year. The Pinegreen 2-head solar powered is different in that a single solar panel is used to charge each of the lights via cable. With 15 feet of wire the lights can be placed up to 30 feet apart. I decided to mount these along the driveway with the solar panel facing south. The lights can tilt and swing while the solar panel can only tilt. The solar should also be able to tilt and swing as it needs to adjust to the sun.

Want great lights that turns on when something goes past and does not need an electrical wire attached? Look no further, this Pinegreen 2 head LED lighting system is motion activated and provides 1000 lumens of light. Each light come with a base that can be easily attached with a screw. Then the lighting fixture can be pushed onto the base, if you want to move it simply press the release. The solar panel has a like base. Each light has 15' of cord, so you can position the light in different areas. the attachment post swivel so you can position the light just where you want it. Motion detected out to 40'. The solar unit has a battery to operate during darkness. Remember to position the solar panel so it get lots of sun light to keep the battery charged. There are a of places to use these, example I will be taking one in my RV camper, it will be easy to install the solar panel and light once I get my camper set up. Great product and very cost effective.

[Rewarded Review] Solar powered motion activated LED's that are very compact.

I really like that this unit allows me to light up 2 separate areas without having to install outside electrical boxes. The solar sensor has 2 wire leads of 15 feet each allowing up to a 30 foot separation between the light heads. It's a compact unit with each of the 2 included LED lights measuring approximately 4.5" wide and 3" high. They produce a total of 1000 watts, (500 watts each), of 5000K white light which is the equilivent of about a 75 watt incandescent light bulb. Sensitivity of the motion sensors is quite good at about 30 feet and has a decent lateral sensitivity range. Each light head has on on/off switch allowing them to be used together or separately. I am using them to light up our back patio pathway so guests can come and go without stumbling in the dark. I no longer have to manually control lights as people arrive and depart. I really like that they only light for about 20 seconds each time motion is detected so we can sit around the firepit without any distracting lights near us. Included mounting hardware allows easy adjustment angles of both the solar cell and the 2 light heads. The LED's have a very long life expectancy and the rechargeable batteries in each light head, should it eventually be necessary, are replaceable. This was a very quick and inexpensive solution to a convenience and safety issue.

[Rewarded Review] Flexible System with Separately Mountable Lights and Solar Panel

This is a nice kit which may be more suitable for certain locations than single sensor systems. We have a recessed gate alongside the house and this will allow for one light to point foreword to illuminate the area as someone walks towards the gate and then the other light can highlight the gate as long as someone is there. That’s useful for us if night access is needed and very useful for house security.

[Rewarded Review] Two headed monster

Pinegreen two headed light allows the lights to be installed almost thirty (30) feet between lights! They are bright and should deter any unwanted people to leave or get spotted! I put one in the car port and the other on the covered porch aimed downward toward the front door. The solar panel is attached to the eastern eave and gets plenty of light from morning to early afternoon to keep the cell charged.
